An eqipment (heating?) was very noisy on the roof (our appartement was on the 2nd/top floor) during nights as well. They gave a double blanket for the double bed, which we don't like.

Being exceeding picky, there were no scissors and we would have liked a couple of English TV channels other than BBC and Sky news.

The room had a roof that was half height right over the bed, so you will definitely hit your had in it a few times... It had only one small window. The door had a window that allowed all the light in from the terrace, so whenever somebody was there, we had light in our room. At night it was pretty annoying. There were cloth driers, but not enough. All of them were fully occupied when we arrived right after sunset, so we had no place where to dry our stuff. This looks like a long list, but all in all we did like the room. :)

The room was spacious, also the bathroom, good water pressure in the shower cabin. We had an electric kettle in the room and some coffee.

Breakfasts should be more variable. I understand that the hotel has only cold kitchen, but third time there still the same. If you are spending holidays with neighboors who's are making parties by the pool till midnight and chasing sunbeds from early morning it is little bit frustating. But not problem of hotel. Maybe better control of house rules. For such a capacity of hotel is the pool small and not enough of sunbeds.

Amazingly good apartment in an excellent location just steps away from the beach, the town center, and a supermarket, but in a quiet, family-friendly area. The apartment is about 15 minutes by car to Pula/Pola, and about 30 minutes to Rovinj/Rovigno. My wife, our one-year-old kid and I visited at the end of June. We stayed 8 days/7 nights, and it was really very nice. The staff at the apartment were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that the room and both pools (one is perfect for kids) were clean. The well-equipped apartment provides comfortable furniture, making the stay even more enjoyable. It also has awesome views and many parking places. Nice breakfast buffet available. Unfortunately, our kid accidentally damaged the wall of our apartment (at the right time, obviously…) but the manager was very understanding, and they quickly fixed it. Many thanks for the special gift (blueberry liqueur). :-)

We had a great time at Villa Nina. It has a perfect location, very peacful but close to the boat for NP Brijuni. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. Th Villa Nina staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We enjoyed their nice pool and their really good breakfast. This property is very child friendly and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was ok.

We stayed in apartment and it was cosy and clean. Bed was comfortable. We liked swimming pool and little house for kids to play in. Perfect beach for kids just few minutes walking distance.

We stayed in Villa Nina only one night and it was great. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed It was very quiet which was amazing as house had a lot of families staying there at that time. Staff on reception desk and in restaurant was very nice. We would definitely come back.

No air conditioning in the bedroom made the nights uncomfortably warm. If the apartment is not cleaned during stays basic cleaning items for kitchen and shower room should be provided.

my room was very small I thought next time I would prefer a room with a balcony to give the feeling of more space . it,s family oriented so can get busy by the pool sometimes , great for the kids though

Everything was ok. We were at the very "off-season" time, so we were basically alone at the premises. Clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. Supermarket very close by, beach and "lungomare" is about 150m away. Nothing really to complain.
