Problems with the WiFi connection

Very friendly host that greeted us when we arrived, even though it was a bit late at night. He told us about many attractions nearby and stored our baggage on the last day. The apartment was clean and good equipped (only kettle was missing). Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Clean, heated swimming pool in the garden. As a group of 7 we would highly recommend this place 👌

Nothing to complain.

All things there are perfect. We had a wonderful BBQ in the yard. It is not in the center, but good for the travelers with car. Highly recommend 👍👍 2 bathrooms are also worth of rewards. It is much convenient for a group.

Excellent accommodation wouldn't hesitate to return. The whole family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Many happy hours in the pool Appreciated the BBQ

Excellent host. Very well kept property and a great pool and outside lounge area. Air conditioned rooms. Very clean. Located close to shops/mini markets, bakery, cafes and local fruit and veg trader stalls. Seafront restaurant, Burger Bar and Sweet/Savoury Pancake restaurant also nearby and within walking distance. 25 min walk to Zadar old town (this can be reduced by taking the short-cut rowing boat ride operating from the harbour - €1 per person)

it needed a women’s touch! it catered for 6 people but there were only 2 teaspoons, odd glasses. Needed a plug for the kitchen sink, and bathrooms preferably. Temperamental hot water in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. I did message Mate one evening as the supermarket up the road was closed, asking where the nearest one was……no reply. Finally mowing the vast amount of grass in the afternoon when your paying quests are by the pool was very annoying…..

heating was not on when we came, later there were further issues with hot water the first night. however, the host was very fast to respond and work on fixing the issues.

This property is an entire semidetached house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an outdoor terrace and a shared pool in a pretty garden with olive trees and flowers. There was loads of space and a well equipped kitchen. The (unheated) pool looked great but unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough for us to use it in mid April. The apartment is an easy 20 minute walk down to the old town, and there is a bakery, a choice of supermarkets and some local restaurants near by.

We had a great stay, everything was perfect. The apartment was very spacious, with a really nice terrace overlooking the pool. The pool is shared with one more apartment but there is plenty of space.

There were some dead mosquitos on the walls in our room, nothing serious. But would have been nice if cleaned before our arrival. The place was a little bit far from the old center of Zadar, but OK (around 25 to 30 min. walk).

Very easy to collect the keys. We had access to the pool, which was very warm and pretty large, with the chairs on the side. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. The host was there when we arrived and was very nice and full of tips to go around Zadar. It's like a small piece of heaven!

We booked both appartments with a group of 14 people. The owner handed over the keys, even with a very late check-in (23:00). Pool/garden/patio look amazing. House/Rooms were as shown on the pictures. It's a 15/20 minute walk to the city of Zadar. With nice weather this is very doable!
