lovely area just a short walk from the main part of the old town, fantastic breakfast, great views from the room, really friendly staff on reception and at breakfast. also the showers were brilliant

Nice view!”I would have like an espresso or coffee machine in the room and not just 2 instant coffee packets. Some staff was on the neutral noncommittal side other staff was superb. Perhaps a bigger room service menu. Asked for a recommendation and they couldn't/wouldn't give me one - just said all was good...
Breakfast was excellent although I didn't realize until I had eaten from the continental buffet that an a la carte breakfast menu was also available.

Hotel room was lovely with a great bathroom and walk in shower. The view from the room was good, over the harbour estuary. The location was excellent being close to the sights and ferry. Can't fault the staff as they were first class.

Brilliant location, stunning room and view overlooking the beautiful marina. Delicious breakfast. The restaurant also offers fine dining at its best. Two minute walk to all the famous sites and the passenger port. Super friendly and exceptional service from all the staff throughout the hotel, from greeting me outside the hotel and taking my luggage inside to parking the car. I could live in this hotel that is how much I loved it! I wish to highly recommend the Bastion Hotel. 10/10.

stylish hotel perfectly located in the heart of the historic part of Zadar, with great views overlooking the port a few steps away. Very helpful staff, lovely outdoor terrace, nice choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here whilst visiting the lovely town of Zadar.

We parked our car in front of the hotel who assured us that they would keep an eye on it. The staff was very helpful.

Not a big deal And the cleaning ladies in the morning are not very silent (8 am, doors were slamming, they were chatting...) maybe my room was not in the best location (did not have this issue last year)
This my second time here: staff, location, accomodation, restaurant all perfect. I really enjoy coming here.
