the floor creaks - this is pretty bad when someone tries to sleep next to you... there are hardly any kitchen utensils no hair dryer reception is far away (different street, building and they didn't speak English well) the TV didn't work and we couldn't reach the host either by phone, message or email, he didn't respond to our request while we were there little toilet paper

The location was walking distance over a beautifull old bridge over to the old city center and the river. Good parking.

The owner disturbs guests and staff with micromanagement. Even to a point where the staff gave a box of wine as an apology. Owner, trust your staff and respect your guests!

Closeness to the city centre, nice interiors mixed with the old local buildings and views over the main bridge.

You can hear every footstep of your neighbours which can keep you awake. Every floorboard creeks. Very hot in the sleeping quarters so close to the roof and no relief. Everything creeks including hallways. Minimal things inside the apartment. You have to collect key from another property but the address is listed as the same and the phone staff less than helpful.

Cleaning staff around were very friendly and polite.

The place to pickup the key is different. Only cash is acceptable as the staff said he is not authorised to use the card payment system. No hair dryer and ironing facilities as mentioned. Have to call the owner to bring it for me but she can only bring it the next day. NO WIFI!!!! It is truly a scam for the facilities that are stated on Booking.com.

Having to pick up the keys at one address and being left to find my way to the actual address. A staff member entered the route into Google maps for me and I had to struggle with my bags on a supposed 11 minute walk. When I arrived they had sent me to the wrong alternative site! After calling them they expected me to walk another 10 minutes to my apartment...I made a fuss and they sent the manager to fetch me. I have no idea why they would put guests through this..either have the manager book you in on site,meet the guest at the actual apartment,or...get a minibus! I picked my location specifically because it was a ten minute walk across the bridge to the gig venue.. the bridge was closed so a taxi was required, no problem getting there, but a nightmare trying to get back at 1.00am! Not the owners fault I know but still frustrating. There was no free WiFi as indicated in the listing and although there was a kitchen nothing provided to make a drink..nearest shop is miles away.. no bathroom toiletries provided either. The charm of the building,the friendliness of the manager,and the fact that was only staying one night meant that I looked passed these failings. However, if you plan a longer stay be prepared!

The manager of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The setting was lovely.

The floor creaks, the beds too - it's impossible to fall asleep if the other person is awake... Although the facility states that there is a hair dryer, there is none. Also, the smell in the bathroom is unbearable. When making the reservation, it was stated that check-out is from 8 to 11 am, but on the day of departure, at 9:45 am, the maid rings the doorbell and says that we have to leave the room because "they have an arrival." Ridiculous and unprofessional.

The only positive thing about our stay was the waiter who showed us to the room. He is very kind and professional. 😊

Dark, unwelcoming, smells like feces and urine everywhere from the syphons, impossible to breathe or to sleep. Lost 3-4 hours to check in. These is NO restaurant at the property, contrary to what the property claims. No wifi/internet either. Zero customer service. Business is not taken seriously. I completely regret having booked this den.

Upon arrival booked room was no longer available. less nice alternative offered at other location. had to drive to 2 locations to hand over key. no one knew. endless discussions and waiting and no effort on the part of host. Promised closed garage not fulfilled. The key return and payment again involved waiting and enquiring with the person in charge. Unpleasant, never experienced anything like this at booking.com before.
