The host told us before the arrival, that there is a parking garage very close to the studio, and so it was. But maybe it would be helpful information, that you must buy a daily ticket at the parking office if you park for more than 24h and it is only 6,50€. If you take the ticket from the parking machine it charges you by the hour. So we paid for the weekend 32€ instead of 13€. That was an unpleasant surprise. It is of course not the hosts fault, but it may help someone :)

The studio was very nice, clean, with everything you would need for a short stay. It is located on a quiet street, a 20 minute walk from the city center. The host was very easy to communicate with.

The kitchen was really dark I think maybe a light needs to be installed or repaired.

There was no light in the kitchen so made cooking a bit difficult, and the main lights above the bed flickered.

The place was in a great location, quiet and within walking distance to the city. It was easy to get in to and the host was super responsive. It was also clean and comfortable so we recommended this place!

The freezer door in the fridge is broken (previously reported by others but not fixed). It is a bit tight and difficult to sit on the stools by the counter.

The location is great next to a large outdoor market, walking distance from the centre of tow. Parking on the street was possible and free on the weed-end (otherwise it paid parking on the street). There is parking garage nearby. Kitchen is well equipped. The street is quiet.

We are more than satisfied with our stay in the apartment. Everything is neat and clean. The bed is comfortable. Everything was close to us and within reach. We are very satisfied.

The place is nice but there's an issue with its maintenance - the shower head doesn't have a stand, the freezer is not working (no ice) and the most significant problem was the lights buzzing when turned on.

The apartment was small but cosy and had everything we needed, including coffee and a variety of shower accessories. It was clean and nicely prepared for us. It wasn't too close to the centre but wasn't too far either (20 min walking from the central plaza). It has a bazaar nearby and it is located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Some small installations in the bathroom (shower handle) and kitchen (lamp and oven cleaning) could be fixed for small money. No lamp at bedside. One hint for readers: I never give "excellent or superb" ratings for most European or US installations. For the same money I can get twice as much/good facilities in many Asian countries.

Very good location, near to transport to railway and airport, in a small road, well insulated. Kitchen, fridge etc. very useful, large supermarket 5 minutes away. Very good communication with owners/administrators in English and German. Very fast reaction on communication.

Host was very nice and even allowed earlier checkin. Place is nice, good space planning allowing you cook your ealy breakfast. Also close to store and main transport hubs.

Lovely studio flat near the city centre or Maksimir park, is located 1/2 way. The place has beat by a church, mini market, bakers, coffee shops. The flat is located on the first floor. It has air conditioning, big TV, nice kitchen, and bed.

Cleaning should have been more thorough and there could be more things in the kitchen. Lighting/lamps are also not the strength of the place. But they were open for feedback and reacted well.

Very nice apartment in a good location. Check-in was super easy, instructions and communication was good, and they were flexible with my earlier arrival. Comfortable place for one person or a couple.

We arrived 1pm as agreed. We were really tired and went to bed and some lady came in to the apartment and told us to leave. That the room wasn't cleaned yet. Well the sheets smell and felt fresh and towels too. But after closer look the trash wasn't taken, dishes were not done and animal hair on the sofa. So maybe some quick cleaning was done. The key was hidden a bit too high for me, but luckily I had someone with me to reach.

Location was nice and quiet. Shops, market area and bakeries close by. 20 minute walk to old town. Apartment is nice and cozy, all the needed kitchen tools are available. Wifi working and air conditioning

We were in trouble finding the location, the building doesn't have a numbar, no light in the main entrance, and the information from the host was not so accurate
