Location was excellent. Close to bus stop to take you to old town, The hotel is located right on the promenade, close to the beach. helpful, friendly staff. breakfast was good but the coffee was horrible.

Door was very difficult to open with key. Shower hose didn’t have attachment to hook onto so you had to hold the hose with one hand and soap with the other. It would be hard to wash your hair. Cleanliness could improve. Found a vape under the bed, curtains looked like it chocolate stains, fridge was still dirty.

Location was excellent. Close to bus stop to take you to old town number6. Close to beach and restaurants and walking paths.

Room cleaned every day but bathroom would require better touch im some places and hoover in corners. Hotel food quite expensive comparing to what is offered around.

Very nice staff, great location, 5 mins walk to the beach. Food amazing in this area, many choices. Trips available around, in front of the hotel there is Lidia who offeres great trips. Everybody in Croatia was very helpful and friendly, which was a big bonus. And everybody speaks great english!

It met our needs.

Staff was great and very welcoming. There was a huge variety of breakfast items included in our stay. When we arrived we were given a welcome drink of choice at the restaurant. The location was great, lots of restaurant choices around and lovely scenery to see walking around the pedestrian way. As well as easy access to old town with one nearby bus.

Breakfast wasn't great we ended up going to another hotel further along 2 mornings. Beds were made and clean towels given but the rest of room/bathroom wasn't cleaned each day.

I'm sorry, but the coffee was horrible.

The room was perfect. The location very good, you are very close to the beach and the old town of Dubrovnik. Boris was very nice and friendly!

Considering the prices in Dubrovnik, the price (just over €100 for double room) seemed very fair. Great relaxing location near the beach & short local bus ride into the Old City. The staff were really friendly, room comfortable, breakfast nice.

The hotel was situated about an hour walk from the old town. The receptionists and the staff were very helpful an nice.🙂 the breakfast was tasty.

The bed linen didn't change every day.

All the staff is quite attentive, always happy to help. The location is good only few minutes to bus stop and few minutes from the beach lots of restaurant bar in the area .

The room was not cleaned during our 6 night stay. Balcony not clean on arrival and quite dirty. Occasionally bins were emptied and towels laid out on bed. Other times we helped ourselves from a cupboard on the hallway. I think hotel is best suited for 1-2 nights only rather than any longer stay.

We received a friendly welcome on arrival. Location is very good for both buses into Dubrovnik Old Town and the beach. Our room had a balcony so we were able to sit out with drinks. Breakfast was adequate with bread, cheese, ham eggs and other dishes.

Soundproofing was not very good, so you could hear someone talking in the corridor. It would be also nice to cover the rest of the food for breakfast with lids.

Location is perfect, close to the sea and many restaurants around. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, air conditioner was powerful, which is necessary in the heat. The breakfasts were good and varied. Some of the food was on a special table with lids, which shows that the staff is react to feedback (I've seen quite a lot reviews with this request).

The beds could have been more comfortable and a fitted sheet on the mattress would have been better

The rooms were very basic, clean etc. I loved the location and the breakfast was excellent.

The apartment was not what we expected, no view, no balcony and the connected rooms were quite old. This is probably only the case for these rooms. We saw other rooms in the hotel that looked more modern.

The staff was kind. Hotel closely located to the beach, restaurants & bars. Beds were comfortable.

There was an annual party on and it was right outside our bedroom window. So noisy!

black spots on the wall , shower head holder so high I can’t reach, putting 2 twins together is not a comfortable thing. One front desk staff’s unaccommodating attitude for later check out. Need to brush up on their customer service skills
