5 star prices for 3 star quality. No lifts so 116 steps to 2nd floor room. No coffee making facilities in room. All a bit dated. Wifi bad/non-existent. Car park 500mtrs away.

For neat freaks this is not the place as it is not the cleanest one and it really needs some renovation. Bed is quite uncomfortable. Nobody is checking bracelets so you could easily use all inclusive perks with only half-board or even only breakfast paid. There is no elevator so if you are not in premium rooms be prepared for tons of stairs, but the view from the rooms is really nice. Guys on the grill are not skilled so many people complained that meat was raw - they should really pay more attention to this. There is only one umbrella at the pool - luckily there is some shade at the pool bar. I can see that larger people would have trouble using shower as it quite small. Also if you are looking for adults only option this is not the hotel for you as majority of guests are families with smaller children.

Really close to: the main beach (couple of meters), smaller wild beaches and the port. Pool was suprisingly good - large and nice depth (cca 2m). Pool bar is AMAZING and nice area to sit and chill in the shade. Food choice was good for all meals. Nice selection of beverages: nice cold beer, wines, drinks, coffee, stronger drinks..Most of the staff is very friendly. It is per friendly and considering number of dogs it really was clean. We did end up extending our stay as it was much cheaper than other hotels in Croatia.

I cannot reliably lock the door to the balcony. Beach beds and not included in the price of accommodation and system of their reservation is confusing. We asked at reception - they told us that they have nothing to do with that. So we took a free bed on the beach waiting for somebody to come to charge us - but only confused "owner" of the bed came telling us that we have to reserve our own at the reception :-O.

The restaurant staff we extremely kind and helpful. View from the room is excellent (2nd floor, sea side). Hotel is in easy walking distance from the ferry port.

Steps up to reception, steps up again, steps up to rooms entrance hall, steps up to rooms. You will get fit! Pool shuts quite early - no eve swims, but you do have the wonderful beach! Balconies did not get sun, but had wonderful sea view if you ignored flat roof below!

Good location, big rooms, wonderful beach. Catering had a lot of choice. Lovely patio with bar to sit and chill. Easy half hour drive to Orebic ferry.

Just to be aware, the hotel is absolutely not accessible. There is no lift, and you will climb much more than is your floor number because the building with rooms is on a hillside above the reception. Not a problem for young people, but older people should be aware. Umbrellas and beds on the beach are not included in the price.

The restaurant stuff is very helpful and nice. And for dinner they have wonderful cakes.

On half board, you cannot get free drinks with meals like breakfast. Food could have been greater swlection over the short peeiod we were there, the only fish, was shark..

Food was very low quality. Drinks from the machine as well (too sugary and artificial). Wine was so sour. Icecream too watery. The rooms don’t have a mini fridge or a safe.

You need to be fit to get to a room on the top floor. Around 60 steps to scale. No lift. Therefor the view is superb.

Superb location within 3 min to harbour. At the start of a stroll along charming old villas. Beach, bar and restaurant within a minute.

No lift,no parking spaces in the high season.

Amazing location right next to the nice pebble beach in a beautiful bay with the sun all day long. Delicious food and good all inclusive self service pool bar. Staff old school professional and very friendly. The majority of rooms have a colourfull sea side view over the bay and port. A nice swimmimg pool on a sunny terace. The best 3 star hotel I have ever experienced.

The view is unparalleled, the food is nice and the rooms have a wonderful Yugonostalgic appeal to them. I really enjoyed staying at this place. The location is great too; in the heart of Trpanj.

We were pretty surprised that the room doesn't have a fridge. We stayed in three cheaper places before and all of them had. We asked for one and they said that we have to pay extra for it. Doesn't make any sense. There is a free parking but is pretty far from the hotel. The bar should change the plastic cups for reusable cups. Tip: try to be early for breakfast, lunch and dinner to have a nice table with sea view and don't make long lines for the food.

The best of the hotel is the sea view from the room. There is one bar at the pool (all inclusive) with local drinks that worked pretty good, it's self service. The food have it's ups and downs.
