The guest house is not signposted very well, but with a good map or GPS it's easy to find.

This sympathetic guest house is in a quiet nabourhood just in between the old town of Dubrovnik and harbour & bus station of Dubrovnik. Banks, supermarkets, bakery shop and restaurants nearby. Ideal place to stay if you want to visit both the old town and the islands Sipan, Kolocep and Lopud. Good value for money.

The host-couple did not answer my enquiries via Booking which was pity. They were polite at present but could not help in English with transportation, taxis etc. which was surprising. Therefore, trust Google and btw, Bolt-service in Dubrovnik is much cheaper than Uber and local taxis.

Very clean and nice corner room with good facilities (toilet, TV, kettle, tee, welcoming candies). No direct entrance to east-side terrace but two windows to the city (mountain) side.

Only thing that was not good - they block the payment via card before you arrive, then you have to pay cash. At the moment I have paid twice and still waiting for the blocked amount to be released. This should have been advised

The room was very comfortable, particularly the beds. There was a kettle and fridge and TV which was great. It was lovely to have outside space to sit in. The shower and wifi both worked really well. Air conditioning was great, but also the shades and ventilation meant that we didn't need it much.

When arriving at night the signage for the hotel is poor. Only one sign directing you down a slope from the top road, nothing actually on the building, looks like a private house. Should you be unfortunate enough to be dropped off by taxi on lower road there are lots of steps to climb and then the gated entrance is not lit. The No 8 is not visible. Be aware of dodgy taxi drivers at airport, quote one price then charge another.

The location was great for visiting the Old town, good bus service, or you could walk but it’s a busy road and pavements are narrow.

I highly suggest this place if you're planning to stay in Dubrovnik. Clean rooms and toilets, equipped with air-conditioning. Very good price/performance ratio. Friendly and very helpful owners, it was a pleasure to chat with them. They also kept our luggages for half day after we check out. About 20-30 mins by walk from the Old Town.

A poor start when my room, one of 7 booked, was found to have a bathroom across the corridor, rather than the en suite I expected. This was rectified after the first night. I hadn't realised they did not supply breakfast so we had to trek down 90 steps to a restaurant and back up, or find a shop the night before. In fact, those 90 steps became a real pain after 5 days. You need to be fit to stay here!

I booked this property for my nephew and was very disappointed that he was told it was cash only. There was no mention on the website or listing that stated it was cash only. In fact it doesn't even mention cash as a payment option. This put him in a bind and set several people scrambling to help get him the money.

Given that there is almost nothing from where to grab food around the accomodation, access to the kitchen to cook our own groceries bought during a downpour would have been cool, but this is just a minor detail not affecting our overall opinion

Bit of a walk up the hill with heavy bags and not super close to old town- but 20 min walk for us was fine!

They were helpful and kind to allow us to check in early with our bags and let us leave after checkout. Our room was really nice and big with a good bathroom. Wifi strong. The balcony out of the front of the house was such a big bonus! We would get dinner takeaway to eat here the view was so nice. Close to supermarkets and a few restaurants if you want to eat close

It was expensive, but all of Dubrovnik is expensive. They held the money on my credit card to ensure that we would come, but we then had to pay in cash when we were there (the did unblock the money on the credit card again). You do have to walk up some hills to get there.

It was a gueshouse in the house of the owners. The room was very comfortable and nice. The place was walking distance from the city centre and from a few nice beaches, with facilities such as supermarkets very nearby.

Please follow instructions carefully, location is pined to 8A but Cesic is at building 8. Enjoyed my room, air-conditioned, clean and very sweet hosts but i would have preferred being in a room with a bathroom inside instead of a private external bathroom. 25mins walk to old town and 10 mins using public transport and an additional 6 mins walk to accommodation. Its a homestay with multiple rooms for accomodation. Mini fridge in room is a plus

Difficult parking in the area. Not very truthfull the picture with the car parked right next to the house, we were sure we could park there but no, it's just for the owner. We managed to find a spot a few minutes distance, but with some difficulty.

Finding parking space for our car in the neighbourhood was a challenge. The 24 minute uphill walk from town centre was a little long when you are tired at the end of the day. Option of short taxi ride from town centre was 18 Euros!

The room was mostly clean however the fridge could have done with a wipe down on the inside, plus there were crumbs and dust on the bedside table surfaces. The mattresses felt a bit lumpy and old.
