We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel service was very pleasent and willing to help. We Were here 4 years ago and it was improved a lot. The idea with etno restaurant is great, the same with possibility of paying on room (also in the second restaurant at the Beach near jura hotel). The very nice surprise was with free of charge of internal swimming pool because of weather outside

United StatesOne of our two rooms had an overwhelming sewer smell!!!!!! Moved to second room which had been smoked in!!!!! Had to finally move to a third room. The final problem was we were attacked by mosquitoes in our rooms all night without ever opening sliding doors!!! Both managers one the night of the problems and one following morning during check out seemed irritated and not concerned about customer satisfaction!!

CroatiaThe rooms are stinky, very small, messy with mold under the dirty carpets. mold in the bathroom. The lock on the door clicks all night because it is faulty. The staff at the reception are rude, and insufficiently educated! They just want you to pay for the entire stay before entering the room: it's obvious that people are being deceived here, because for such a high price they come to a terribly dirty and untidy hotel. Due to dirt and mold, the hotel is dangerous!!!
as far as breakfast is concerned, for 11 euros, you would still expect much more than eggs and bread spread. It is not proper to eat without a napkin on tables that are not suitable for this type of breakfast. Breakfast should be by 10am, but the staff collects everything 10 minutes before, so they actually cut the breakfast you pay for. The very location and environment of the beach is all artificial. When you think that maybe it's because of the kids, then you realize that the noise from the speakers all over the beach is not really for the kids. All the more so because next to this beach there is again a completely artificial and fictional beach, with too loud music that imitates Ibiza, which is not and cannot possibly be. We haven't seen such a bad kitsch performance for a long time on such a beautiful Adriatic coast as here

United KingdomBeds were Room comfortable, however they can't seem to cater for large numbers ,as they had a conference on at the time and food was left out and then reheated ,they soon rectified once brought to attention . ILANDA was lovely who was on entrance of food Hall The pool wasn't clean and had to pay for beds on beach, and guy would watch over to ensure people moved if didnt pay However was advised it was a public beach . The guy at the beach bar was very Happy and polite and was Happy to help .

United KingdomWhen I contacted the hotel to confirm if the beach is Sandy they said yes it was.. When I got there, I was very disappointed to see pebbles and massive stones. Every one working at the hotel apart from the ones at the reception need some classes on how to respect their guests. Everyone was really rude (especially in the shops near the beach). Not good value for the amount of money we spent.
The food was really good. Very close to the beach and the people at the reception were really friendly and helpful.

SwedenAC in every room is centrally regulated by the hotel, and no matter how low temperature we set, we could never get it below 25 degrees in the room, which we felt was uncomfortable both during day and night. The reception confirmed that they're aware of the problem and told us there's nothing they can do to help. The doors of the room can't be closed normally (silently), instead they need to be slammed to close. Very bothersome in the mornings when neighboring guests (dozen rooms per floor) go to the breakfast and slam their doors one by one...

Nicest staff ever, ladies at the reception are the kindest ones. We had a terrible day got stuck because of a forrest fire and Amadria Ivan got to be our plan B untill we were able to reach our location but we were really sorry that we did not book them for our vacation in the first place!

CanadaMy husband & I spent a few days for our honeymoon at Hotel Ivan and we are beyond thrilled with our choice. From the moment we walked in we were greeted so enthusiastically and genuinely by the incredible staff to our last day as we were getting ready to leave. The grounds are gorgeous and very clean! The attention to detail is not missing. Not to mention the comfy bed. We haven’t slept better. The buffet breakfast is a MUST try! There is everything your heart desires, not to mention a little champagne did breakfast. Overall, we have nothing but 10 stars to give for our whole stay and experience as it was truly unforgettable.
