No indoor pool, but heated outdoor one. Additional bed (couch) in the room was very uncomfortable, I would recommend to take an extra room.

Noise (party music in the evening) a bit loud in the hall, if you want to sleep on the first floor. No bathrobe included by default in the room to walk downstairs to the pool/spa.

The first night we were in room that didn't have a look to seaside and the noise from air conditioners on the roof were too loud that we couldn't have a good sleep. So the next night we changed room to seaside view room and then it was quiet. For me that is the biggest issue. If you will spent more nights in a row you should use seaside view room or you will be sleepless.

Breakfast and dinner were very well, stuff was very polite and hotel was very clean, location is great.

The regime of having to book an 1 hour slot for the saunas and very small spa. Lack of sea food at dinner.

It's better to go to eat dinner a bit after 19:30. It's too crowded, and it makes it a bit difficult to find a place to sit down.

Everything. Sauna for free. All the drinks included in the meals. Really nice staff. They upgraded our room to be more comfortable. Brand new facilities. Bes amazing. Bathroom great. Next to the sea. A lot of playgrounds for kids.

Pool house rules ?

Lovely suites, spacious, bright, clean and functional; nice balcony with sea and pool views. Good location, near the beach; you can walk along the coast or through the park to the Mosaic City Poreč center and the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica - UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nicely heated outside pool. Very good breakfast and dinner. Drinks are included with dinner. Hotel parking is only €1/day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It has a really expensive laundry service and no self-laundry close by (have to go into Porec) Poor customer service at check in and help with bags - despite obviously tired as arrived late and small children Breakfast area huge but really busy

Dinner was very crowded - bad layout of the dinning venue. Parking for suites was full - no space for parking.

Breakfast was a bit frenetic with all the kids, we had thought that we were coming after the return to school.

Smoking on balconies around. You wanted to sit on balcony and enjoy beautiful sunset, however we felt cigarette smoke from other balconies. Futhermore, you open a door to balcony in morning and cigarette smoke again, soak into whole hotel room…it is shame for non smoker, even with small baby on board

Maybe if the people welcoming new guests knew at the start of the day what the surnames of the guests were who were arriving that day, that might help speed up check in and make people feel they have a warm welcome.

The staff were so friendly and kind. The hotel is so posh and the pools fantastic for the kids and it’s right on the beach!
