Odlicna usluga. Ljubazno i jako usluzno osoblje na recepciji. Odlicna hrana i jako prijatno i usluzno osoblje u restoranu. Veliki pozdrav za tete koje rade odlicne omlete i vrlo su ljubazne. Jako ljubazno i usluzno ostalo osoblje. Ni jedan jedini put nije izostao ljubazan pozdrav od svakog zaposlenika u hotelu bilo to cistacice, radnici oko odrzavanja vanjskog uredjenja ili neki drugi hotelski radnici. Moram da pohvalim i odlican animatorski tim koji su moja djeca obozavala. Vidimo se opet.

Regretfully the central airco system was still in winter setting and could not cool the rooms.

Very comfortable family room, very friendly staff (thanks to Matea and Pero from reception for their help). Great location and restaurant: thanks again to Djupco and his staff for preparing a special vegetarian couscous meal for our daughter.

The staff on breakfast/dinner was arguing with each other in front of the guests (while hotel was fully booked). It was really rude and inappropriate. Also, we had ants in our room, all over the room and bathroom. For this price and hotel like this, I think it's unacceptable.

The exceptional location and view from our room, which was breathtaking. Also, breakfast and dinner were excellent, with variety of food, something for everyone, even people on some restrictions. Anita (making eggs) and all the staff in bars (pool and beach bar) were very polite and professional.

We were accommodated in the depandance. The view is fantastic if you are lucky enough to get a room wit a view.

Very nice hotel, family friendly, practically on the beach. Food was excellent! Room was really nice; typical hotel room, but all clean, balcony had a see view and overall very nice experience. Biokovo sky walk is right above and is highly recommended to visit.

One of the evenings there was a large group (around two busses) of teenagers (school trip) and they were a bit loud to our taste, but since the dinner time is 3 hours long, we left and came an hour later and everything was calm a peaceful again ;)

The food was very tasty and plenty of options for vegetarians as well. Our room was clean and with very nice view. The area is great for sports (cycling and running). The staff was really friendly. We met familiar faces from our last stay from few years ago - (Vesela and Anita at the breakfast, Adriana at the front desk. Branislav, Samsudin and Belma at the dinners as well as some new faces - smily and very helpful Snjezana in the canteen and the always happy and singing Mirjana :) Thank you guys! We really felt welcome and it was really nice having laughs and chat with you. Looking forward to visiting again next season!

Dinning area is a bit too narrow.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Medora. Rooms are clean and spacious enough, good buffet, kids loved the pool area. The staff is friendly, especially lovely Adriana from the reception. We stayed there beginning of October, therefore it was not too crowded.

The older buildings aren't as nice and also the view is not good. Breakfast room too small, many queues, e.g. cheese not properly cooled.

If you get a room in the new main building, you win with the rooms and the view.

They had turned off the entire air conditioning system and therefore it was 30 degrees in the bedroom. Inquiries at reception yielded no results. Opening the door also made no sense.

You should require at least a basic dresscode for the dinner - now there were some people with flip-flops, shorts and sleeveless shirts.

Clean and modern rooms with awesome views, great gym with views, very attentive and friendly staff (reception, kitchen, waiters, cleaners etc.); beautiful and peaceful pool, beach and boulevard.

Our stay was very pleasant, great hotel for the families, small outside pool for kids and also play-room, with every day program also. There is small outside playground and garden, where to relax. Next to the pool you can also get pool towels so need to bring your own. Hotel has private beach. Can recommend!
