Although, it is a non-smoking hotel, smoking odour was everywhere. The odour came into my room from the staircase (due to the "ventilation" in the doorjamb). Additionally, my next-door neighbour also smoked on the balcony, so I could not ventilate the room.

It is very expensive since the facilities are obviously very old. The room was old and everything in it as well. It was off season so that also means it should be a little cheaper.

The location is very good. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was also very good. There is a garage in the building which saves time.

The beds weren't comfortable. They didn't have any more eggs even though the breakfast didn't finish. The place looks like it needs renovation. It's not good value for money.

There was a little smell in the bathroom, probably from the drain pipes due to (presumably) rare use of the room.

The hotel is situated near the very center of Rijeka. Since it is a skyscraper, it also offers an amazing panoramic view. It has a garage with no extra payment. Breakfast is a buffet type and is very abundant. The check-in and check-out were very fast and easy.

Elevator were very old and small. The "business center " didn't exist. I had to email my requests to print documents to the front desk. However, they did let me use their office computer. A computer in the lobby for guests to use (with printer) would be a great amenity.

Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the pancakes. Best aspect of this hotel is it's central location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The front desk employees speak English.

In need of improvements: The hotel's age shows in some areas, and certain aspects could benefit from renovations or updates to enhance the overall experience for guests, including the bedrooms (e.g., carpets). Cigarette smoke odor: Although it is forbidden, some guest smoke at the hotel. The lingering smell of cigar smoke may be off-putting for some guests. Noise disturbances: During our stay, there was a noisy group of students, causing disturbances late into the night. This may not be a consistent issue, but it's worth noting for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful environment.

Rich history: The Hotel Neboder boasts an interesting history, with an architecture that appears more modern than its actual age (1947). This adds to the unique character of the hotel, although it is not a very interesting arquitecture for me. Fantastic reception: The hotel staff is exceptional, providing a warm welcome and outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a comfortable stay. Central location: Situated in the heart of Rijeka, the Hotel Neboder offers easy access to local attractions (monuments in the center and castle), restaurants, and shopping, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Competitive pricing: The hotel offers reasonable rates for its accommodations, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. On-site parking: Guests can take advantage of the convenient on-site parking, a valuable amenity for those traveling with a car.

The hotel is situated near the very center of the town of Rijeka (Fiume). Very important feature of the Hotel "Neboder" is a free-of-charge parking - either in the Hotel's garage or directly in the front of the entrance to the Hotel. The personnel is very kind. Buffet-type breakfast is very abundant. Generally, it was a lovely stay.

Breakfast was a little disapointing. Undercooked and poor quality bacon. Too much oil used to cook food. There were alternatives however.

Smell of cigarettes coming from the curtains in the room. No coffee/tea maker in the room. Noise coming from the street and the port.

Breathtaking view of the city and the port from 10th floor (even from the bathroom). Breakfast starts at 6h30. Very nice staff. Underground garage - very convenient.

Some aspects of breakfast were a little disappointing, specifically poor quality and undercooked bacon and too much oil used in cooking, generally. But there were alterantives avilable.

Great view of the city and harbour and close to everthing. Bathrooms are nice and big with hot water and great water pressure. Rooms are a good size. Staff were great. Undercover parking was nice too.

Outdated rooms and the hotel could use some refurbishment. The canteen could be larger considering the capacity of the hotel. Very noisy elevators, especially if your room is close to them.

Rooms are dated, clunky lift that is constantly creating noise, poor air conditioning and not so good upkeep especially in bathroom. The tailboard of the bed broke.

Cleaning lady came in the room twice in the morning without even knocking or asking while I was sleeping! Personnel shouldn't come in before the checkout time
