Everything was perfect

It was our pleasure to stay at Palace Natali, it was right choice for our stay. Property is amazing same as staff and entire ambience. Hosts are really kind and helpful, at disposal 24/7. Restaurant Natali offers splendid atmosphere and delicious food, we have never tried before. Enjoying in tranquility of gardens is new experience for us and it offers full relaxation. We would be back for sure!

The only downfall is the steps to get to town, However buses and taxis are available.

It's perfect.

Palace Natali is easily one of the most beautiful properties we've ever stayed at. The grounds are truly palatial! The pool was gorgeous and they know how to make a great cocktail, too. It's peaceful escape. The staff was super attentive... they even prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we had an early morning tour to Mostar. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the Walled City and easy access to the main road that goes to DBV. This place is a gem. There's only 20 rooms, so plan ahead... you'll be happy you did.

The bathroom (in particular the sink) was quite small. (We were in a cute separate little house - room 20.) On the other hand, the bathroom in our traveling companions’ room was amazing.

What a fabulous and beautiful place to stay!! Breakfast was delicious and the facilities are stunning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s an amazing place to see the sunset!

Nothing really. It’s a salt water pool and I generally prefer a freshwater one, but it is very beautiful and serene pool area and there is a shower right next to the pool to rinse off, so it really wasn't a problem in the end.

This is a superb hotel in every way. It IS expensive - so it’s a definitely in the realms of a special rather than affordable treat (for us anyway). But it is beautifully situated, with huge attention to detail. It is expertly fit out with a really high end finish and gorgeous views (we had room 19 - a suite with an elevated balcony with panoramic views across Dubrovnik with the old town off to the left). The staff are exceptional, especially Luksa, who is super-helpful and professional at all times with a sense of humour too! Breakfast is delicious - a mix of traditional buffet and table service. Don’t expect a very large range of choices but what they do, they do really well. We stayed for three nights at the Grand Villa Argentina on the other side of Dubrovnik old town for three nights before coming here, which is a similarly expensive hotel. Palace Natali is in pretty much every way a superior hotel - the love and effort that goes into giving guests an excellent experience is incredible compared with the service at Villa Argentina. We wished we'd only gone to Palace Natali.

This hotel was superb. A unique boutique hotel setting with wonderful gardens, an excellent pool and the chef produced a top class dinner. The staff were wonderful. We had a great recommendation for dinners which made for w great stay. Recommendation: Excellent
