I wasn’t very happy with the food. Dinner was fine. We had the mixed grill, but the fries were all greasy because they were on the plate with the meat. Next time I would like the fries to be served separately. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Not really high quality.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to the coast of Croatia. Our 4 kids loved the pool and the playground, they asked us if we could stay longer. We stayed in a family room, two connecting bedrooms with two bathrooms and balconies.

the woman in charge did not speak english at all. in a 4* hotel you expect to have somebody to contact, to have onformation, get tips etc

All the best to say about this accommodation! We had a family celebration and we stayed overnight in a beautiful, unique and cosy double bedroom with a private big jacuzzi in our bedroom! The food at the celebration was outstanding as well as breakfast. We loved the outdoor pool with an overview on the forest. The staff was very kind and helpful!

Loud, one can hear the other guests clearly, there is hardly any water pressure in the shower and, and that’s a deal breaker for us, when asked 4months prior if there is an electric charger for our EV and the answer was yes we didn’t think it would be just a wall socket. 1,2kwh and we got billed 3€ per hour!!! Talked to some neighbours there who have Audi EVs and they said 0,40€ per kWh. Not only is this extremely slow to load, the price is extortion!

The high price for these rooms is exorbitan , In any case, this hotel is not worth these fees!!! Very small rooms, Strong odor from sewer in the rooms !!!! Minimal hygienic accessories. Any bottle with water, not refrigerator. And breakfast is not include the price for room!! We payd about 250 euro per night and without breakfast!!! This price in April, we cannot use swimmingpool ..... We were wait for food in 1,5 hour in the hotel restaurant !! We will not back to this hotel more!

Bedroom was rarely cleaned Ants in the bed The kitchen was not open until 7pm Complained about the Wifi several times with no response When i arrived on the Sunday there was some sort of a function on , noisy , couldnt get food or a drink . Just bizarre???????

Nothing all was perfect!

We loved the warm welcome and the greenery, the morning birds was amazing. The place is very charming, clean and very tidy. Our room has a hot tub so we could relax in a very well decorated room. Staff are very warm and always at your entire disposal. We decided to come here because we could do all sleep and eat. The dinner was delicious and we really apreciate having all in one hand no need to go anywhereelse. The children played on the playground in the garden. We will definitly come again next time we come to Zagreb!
