It could have been a wonderful hotel with a manager who more about the hotel. -- It would not take more than an hour or two to clean the beach in front of the hotel. -- Having a black bathroom is not be a good idea, because it is hard to see how clean is the place; and this bathroom did NOT really look clean. -- Put two glasses in each room would be really nice. -- TV had nothing interesting on it. No connection. -- The breakfast could be more interesting. Same meats brought out every day. Same spreads bought at the supermarket. Eggs always cold and put on the tray in the most careless way. -- The coffee machine was not working but hotel did not offer to bring coffee from their own restaurant next door. -- But the room is very nice. Wonderful terrace, with a great views.

Parking was a bit difficult. Other guests were a bit loud (children). The walls are not noise insulated enough. Breakfast was not kept warm during the breakfast time.

Staff friendliness is excellent. Good value for the money. Nice sea view.

Their massage salon was closed that day. You have to book in advance and since my trip was short I was not able to use it. Will sure book it by email next time!

They recently renovated their hotel and their rooms are now completely modern. I had a pleasent relaxing stay and really enjoyed their wellness space. They have jacuzzi as well as turkish and finnish sauna. Place to relax, enjoy and have a piece of mind. Staff is excellent, helpfull and at your disposal over WhatsApp 24/7

The hotel is amazing and the staff really great. They helped me with all my questions and requests concerning ehat to do amd where to go. Everything is new and comfortable in the rooms. The sea is directly in front of the hotel and split is only a short drive away. The same goes for Omis where I went rafting and canioning. The brealfast was also super nice. All in all a great experience. Would recommend :)

We asked if they have any other rooms available since room we booked had no balcony. It was a honest mistake and we got a free room upgrade. Thank you guys! We would also like to add that breakfast had variety of options to select from, view from upgraded room was fantastic and new room design is one of the best we saw so far.

Booked in a last minute prior to arrival. Hotel itself its amazing for a value. Clean and comfortable with super nice location which is quiet. Staff super generous and friendly. Definetely coming back.

There was no mattress on the bed, just some weird sponge of 4cm, my back hurts like hell today. Electrical wiring in the bathroom is exposed, especially in the shower area, which is a safety hazard. TV doesn't work and we found some hairs in various places like the bed and the bathroom floor which led us to conclude it was not very clean. There was no dedicated parking, we left the car on the road. Waitress smoking cigarettes on the table next to me. There were also main electrical switches from the entire hotel in the room, which leads me to believe that the room we were in wouldn't pass any inspection.

The towels were not changed on a 5 nights stay.

The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was really great and diversified. I stayed on the last floor and the sea view was great; on the right, you can discover some great boats and on the left, you can see the sea. 10-15 minutes drive from Omis. 20 minutes drive from the greatest beaches in Makarska Riviera. The nearest beach is at a 2 minutes walk. The nearest market is right outside the hotel.

Toilet was stinky and was not seperated from the room only covered with gardinen. We must personaly ask stuff every day to change towels and every 3 days bed. Owner didnt finished construction work in the room, electric kabels hanging all around isoliert with tape.

As vegetarians there was almost no choice for us at breakfast, we ate just toast with butter. The woman who met us at arrival was extremely stressed and did not understand us. The hotel is extremely worn down and the EV charger does not work

It is close to the ocean and we got to charge our car on a plug.

In the middle of renovation. Some rooms renovated and some not. Visible cables sticking out of the wall. Burned out bulbs like literally everywhere. No toilet papers until asked for. No towels and beddings. No room service. Ac not working. Location near the port - stinking. The breakfast was not good - the same thing every day - basic products. Tables were not cleaned - found my crumbles on the table days after. Loud.

It was cheap and seemed good value for money. The breakfast was included.
