Booked and payed for the king room with a spa and when I got to the property I was told I can’t have that room for 3 days out of 9, I was offered 3 nightly dinners as compensation, I only used the one night

The aircond of room 604 didn't work on my 2nd day. But the staff quickly asked us to move to room 801.

The location is perfect. You will get to watch sunrise from your room. It is simply awesome. I took lots of photo of sunrise from my room 604.

The room is so big and they separate the bathtub and rainshower and amazing sea view from the balcony.

The food weren’t the best. But it was doable for a few days.

I was training in AKA Thailand which was a 3 minute walk from hotel. Room was cleaned very day Room after I received an upgrade was very large. WiFi strong, advisable to bring movies on dvd player or dodgy box connection works perfectly.

The location was very out of the way from the rest of the city, it was awkward to find a location on google maps and it would be a hassle to stay here without some form of transport.

The view from the room was beautiful but awkwardly facing away from the sunset and sunrise.

Alright foot at the restaurant and hard bed.

The view from your hotel room is absolutely amazing! So is the view at the swimming pool. The food at the restaurant was alright and the bed was quite hard, but waking up to such a stunning view you’ll get one of the nicest experiences on Phuket if you’re in for a calm holiday or if you want to train at AKA Thailand (famous Muay Thai gym around the corner). Also worth noting that the sunset (around 06:30 in January) is absolutely amazing with the golden view over the hills, ocean and islands. Definitely recommend!

Need to insist to have things done. New staff in training required more patience from client. Need a motor bike if you want to do something else than stay in room/pool.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The beach view is really stunning, so is the view from the swimming pool. Be aware this hotel is a bit remote. I used it because I was training at the muay thai gym down the road (you can hear the training from the hotel). It's a great place if you want to relax but don't expect to have access to stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The value for money is very disappointing. Jacuzzi and bathroom light didn't work when arrived. Fixed the next day. Located on a very steep hill !! You better have a car or scooter. Doors are not properly isolated. Geckos and insects get in the room even when everything is closed. Geckos' excrement are all over the walls and are not cleaned / removed. Rooms are swept and not vacuumed, so the dirt and geckos' excrement are just pushed in the corners. The table was very dirty. I took a paper and water to clean it, it turned black. Furnitures are old and beds are not great. The safe is small and you cannot put a laptop in it. Closest 7/11 and laundry machine are almost 1,5km away. Bolt, is not well deserved in the area. To provide this kind of service for almost a 700€/week room is a shame.

View is nice. BUT the deluxe room had view on the roofs of rooms below ....

I didn't like that we were far from everything, and it was difficult for the van we rented for the family to make it up so It was a process to leave and come back.

WE advised that we had an upgrade, when we arrived at the room, I'd hate to think what the standard room was like. A sign in the room said any enquiries phone 0, there was no phone. Went for a meal partner ordered a carbonara I ordered chicken wings, partner had finished his meal, 45 minutes later still waiting for chicken wings. WE politely paid and they took off the chicken wings. The chef came out and tried to educate us how long the wings took to cook. Next morning went down for breakfast, cooked items were cold. The rooms were very outdated, Stayed in many properties to equivalent baht and no issues at all. Not at all impressed, will never return

Aircon was old, unserviced and didn’t work properly, you’ll sweat all night. One day didn’t have running water. Staff doesn’t care about you.
