The room was clean and had a pretty view of the countryside. Very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was great. The town center is a couple of minutes drive. The host is very welcoming and friendly.

Was nice, clean and comfortable. We spent only a night so we could not enjoy the pool, but it looks like a very relaxing place to spend a few days. There is also a restaurant which has very good food.

The restauraunt closes at 8pm which for us was too early but might suit others. Advertised as a 2 bedroom appartment but actually a 1 bedroom with a bunk bed in the kitchen/living room instead of a couch. No comfortable /lounge seating area in the appartment. For 2 adults it was cramped, for 4 people it would be OK just for 1 night. Perfect for 1-2 night stopover but not comfortable for longer stay.

The bathroom was very small. There was not a normal shower head or a bathtub. You had to hold the shower head to bathe in a tight space. This was not ideal. As someone traveling, being able to take a nice comfortable shower is paramount to overall comfort.

The food and wine was amazing! The view was spectacular. The bed was comfortable.

Getting there requires focus, but it's worth it.

Fantastic food, the only thing that was better was the hosts' wine. I especially recommend the muscat. Overly friendly people, especially recommend to those who need to make a stop along the route. A brilliant place to take a breather before continuing your journey, and really worth the few kilometers off the road. Exaggeratedly friendly hosts and you can just see that they have a heart for this place, and put their souls in their wine. It's the second time I'm staying there and the second time I can say that it's an enchanted place. It was wonderful to see how things have changed over the years, yet still beautiful.

Unfortunately, although it was 30°C, the pool was already closed from the 1st of September. The bed cover was too small for 2 persons.

There is a pool available till 9pm, we used it after a trip in Lubjana, a must to relax! The view from the restaurant inside the hotel is breathtaking.

GuestHouse Pavlin is located in a very beautiful place with stunning sunsets and sunrises in the mountains. The house itself is clean, neat (showers and rooms), and the rooms have spacious and comfortable beds. Very thoughtful that guests have a separate entrance to the house (if you need to take something in the car or you are going to go into town). Children were very happy to swim in the pool (water is clean and heated). Tomislav cordial host, very attentive to guests. Answered all our questions and helped. You can also order food directly from the guesthouse itself. We took dinner and were satisfied, the food was very tasty and portions were large. Even our little fastidious ones ate everything with pleasure. A must-try recommendation is the wine, which is made by the owner from his vineyards. Unfortunately, we only booked one night (as our family needed to drive on). However, this stop was a 100% hit. We would love to spend time here with our friends in the future. And again on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the magical sunset.

Guesthouse Pavlin is in a pleasant and quiet location with a wonderful view of the vineyards. The rooms were clean and sufficiently equipped. We really appreciated the swimming pool after the difficult journey. The owner is very nice and helpful. We had a delicious dinner there and it was such a huge portion that it was impossible to eat it. And we also tasted good local wine from their winery. The parking space is spacious and right next to the accommodation.

Location is perfect, just a 2 minutes drive from city Samobor, 25 minutes drive to Zagreb. The house is situated on a hill , we enjoyed wonderfull views to surroundings .

Thomaslav was an incredible host. He went out of his way to answer our questions, print our itinerary, and give us recommendations. His cooking was excellent, but his wines were unmatched.

Quiet hotel with magnificent terrace overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. Thomas the host went out of his way to make us feel at home (e.g. late night dinner, gluten free breakfast). Room was small but comfortable and clean. Nice swimming pool.

There were a lot of ants, moss and mosquitoes inside. It was very unpleasant that we had to destroy them all so that we could go to sleep. I really do not recommend it.
