Unfortunately there was a alot small issues in the room: for excemple the toilet seat was broken. We didn't get the instructions for the late night check-in, so we had to call and wake up the receptionist.

Pool was nice and the location good. We used the balcony for breakfasts and evening drinks.

The place is clearly understaffed. It was difficult to find someone to check out with. In the end I had to call. There is almost never anyone at the reception. In the room there was a lack of electric sockets. The room (and particularly the bathroom) was a little dated. Payment only in cash, not by card, so I had to look for an ATM the night before checking out.

Location very close to the beach (but a bit far from the old city). Nice pool. Spacious room with good balcony. Free parking. The building is nice inside and outside, with swinging benches. Easy check-in with keys in box.

I suppose if I was knit picking, the picture showing the apartment on booking.com was clearly one of there bigger apartments but the price we paid for an apartment with albeit small pool and a stone throw away from the beach you simply can’t complain a definite bargain

good price , decent size apartment for 2 friends, clean bathroom with a good shower cubicle, small kitchen with fridge and cutlery and crockery , a balcony ideal for 2 people , a small pool which was fine for me, nothing not to like

The apartment is a quick 3 min walk to a grocery store, beach and corner store. The water nearby is rocks but you can find water shoes at the corner shops for around 70 kuna (9.50$). You can also find padded mats for the ground to lay on around the same price. The apartments are clean and fully stocked with toilet paper and towels for your stay. Fresh ashtray on our balcony and an Amazon A/C in the room to keep us cool. There is a decently size wardrobe to hang your clothes as well as a vanity with a mirror beside the bed for make up and other things. We forgot our adapter to charge our phones but luckily the back of the TV has a USB port so we could charge our phones that way. The halls are clean . The pool was the right temp and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun or shade for your liking. If you need a ride to or from the airport to the apartment call the number listed (or text) and they will arrange it for you :) way cheaper rate than the taxi’s outside the airport! There are tons of seating places outside inside on the porch that is large. PAYMENT IS ONLY CASH -which we liked because we had over 1000kuna when we left and needed to get rid of it. A few restaurants 5-10 min walk along the beach. Great for families. Even downtown at night is great for families! Very safe area!

Judging by the description, we thought we were getting a full apartment kitchen inclusive. However, the room is more like an hotel with private bathroom and a balcony. Also the swimming pool is not private but shared with all the other apartments. I believe the property description should be amended accordingly. Also bring cash with you because you won't be able to pay by card!

Walking distance to the beach, quiet area and clean room. If you don't mind being far from the centre would recommend it. However, careful with the property description so you know what you are booking!

The bathroom is little out of date and would need some refreshment. I'd prefer shower cabin instead of old and not too big bathtub.

Top floor apartment is great. Two terraces with sea view. Comfortable and spacy rooms. Equipped kitchen with big table. Having a pool is also very convenient when you are fed up with rocks, salt and waves.

The host Anamarija was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to help us get taxi's, order trips and tours and was so kind. Our stay was really wonderful all thanks to Anamarija! The location was fantastic and close to the beach and 5min car ride to the old Town. Zadar is fabulous!

There was no gel shower, shampoo or nice soap in the apartment, which was not convenient.

Swimming pool, which was clean and not crowded. Also the woman at reception tried to help with our inquiries. Fridge in the apartment was very useful as well

There was no coffee in the room nor toiletries in the bathroom.

The location was amazing. There was a big grocery store 10 mins walk up the road and the beach was a 5 min stroll down the road as well as little restaurants and pubs to watch the Euro 2020! :) The staff were friendly and with a balcony, air-conditioned room and swimming pool, you could not go wrong!

I cannot complain almost about anything, since we had everything we need, maybe the rooms are a bit old style but for us is no inconvenience since we were gone all the time. Even that said everything was spot on.

The value we got for money is very good, the room were clean, 3 minutes walking to beach, you have everything you need close to the rental. Market, atm, restaurants, you name it. Also you have parking on the premises.
