Our host was wonderful. She greeted us and gave us a map and ideas. There were a few treats, tea, coffee and bottled water. She offered to store our luggage for us but we were catching a bus. The place was exceptionally clean and there was an outside sitting area. It was also quiet.

Nothing, it's perfect.

The location, cleanliness, amenities, the courtyard are just fantastic. But best of all is the host - Kristina who was super kind, and thought of everything. There were so many towels, bedding, utensils - you could literally live there. If you are deciding - just get Rooms Tomic and thank me later.

Poor sound insolation

The noisy neighbours in the room next to me - but totally not the fault of the property

Kristina was super helpful and made you feel really welcome. Loved the different flavoured teas in the room, the attention to detail and proximity to the centre. A lovely stay!

ultra music festival on that weekend and prices seemed to be higher due to demand, which is perfectly understandable

Maybe they’re should be better house rules enforcement or an age restriction since the rooms are super close to one another. The guests staying on the other room were in a party age and their behavior was not appropriate.

you can literally hear your neighbors very very clearly. If they get up in the morning- you do too. the walls are too thin :(

We liked everything

Everything was perfect!! Kristina is a lovely host, she gave us good tips upon our arrival and she even brought some snacks for the kids to welcome us :) The apartment is spotlessly clean, everything smells great and it is the most fully equipped apartment we have stayed in - it literally has everything you need for the most comfortable stay,nothing is missing!! You really feel like home in there, it's so cozy. The apartment's location is also great, right in the center, but in a quiet neighbourhood with supermarkets and restaurants around. Highly recommended!

Sound is transmitting quite a lot between appartments but hadn't have any problems at night so it was actually okay.

Great spot, very nice room, the owner was very helpful and communicated very well. I hope I will get back soon.
