The hotel is a little old but in fair condition. Part way through our visit the weather turned bad, being on the top floor we heard banging on the roof - perhaps some damaged roofing blowing in the wind. So maybe some maintenance required. We ended up moving down a floor to a similar room and the noise from the roof wasn’t a problem but the fire stop door in the hallway was a bit noisy. Luckily the hotel was quite quiet so it wasn’t much of a bother. The suite has a kitchenette including hot plate, sink, kettle, coffee machine (you must purchase pods), and one room had a microwave. There was absolutely no cooking utensils, pots pans or cleaning supplies so the kitchen wasn’t very useful. We were able to heat up leftovers but not much more than that without equipment.

The hotel is part of a resort, so there are a lot of facilities around (though as we visited in the off-season most were closed). The views on the ocean side of the hotel are incredible. The staff were very helpful and courteous, they helped us in every way they could. The complimentary toiletries are great quality. The bed was really comfortable. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant was quite good. The sauna was great. Getting the bus into town was quite easy though takes a little walk to the bus stop. Taxis easily available too.

Bed was visibly old, toilet and one door needed fixing, the spa is very simple and small for a 5 star hotel, breakfast could be reacher and generally food in the restaurant is not very vegeterian friendly.

Signage to facilities was poor, also when offers in bars and restaurants were available you are not notified until you actually sit down. The prices are quite high so these discounts where a big help, I’m sure others would have used the facilities had they known.

The menu options in the restaurants weren't that appealing and slightly restricted and we ended up eating out more than we planned to despite paying for half board.

Stunning location and plenty of choice in bars, restaurants and pools shared within the complex. Absolutely amazing sea view from our room. A short walk to the bus stop and a great and regular bus service into the old city made it easy to access the hustle and bustle, whilst being able to enjoy a quiet tranquil setting on the coast. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also used the spa for a massage which was wonderful.

We loved diving off the rock into the sea, the sea water pools, having options of pools to use. The room was very comfortable and quiet, I lost a diamond earring in the bathroom which the cleaner found and left in the room for me.

Beautiful and relaxing location with good choice of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was really spacious and comfortable, as were the beds. The views were wonderful.

The rooms need some updating in terms of carpet. The food was a little less than fair. The ingredients could have been more fresh, more vegetarian options and the prices were outrageous for water etc

The spa was great in terms of the treatment from Paula. The bed was very comfortable.

The room we had was lovely. We had the room with the sea view, which was beautiful! The staff are all so friendly and very helpful! Sunbeds a plenty, spaced out nicely over the different beach areas. Easy to get a bus or taxi into the old town.

I wish the restaurant’s had more variety than the typical hotel food you would get. Also, I think the food and drink prices were quite high, despite the expensive nature of Dubrovnik

The staff are exceptional - especially the front desk. The sea view was amazing. We were there in July so we did not see the sunset over the sea from our executive room, unfortunately.
