Excellent destination for family's Summer Holidays. Great pools ideals for small children. Excellent situation In front of the beautiful sea with nice walk along the beach. 5Min walk to take a 20 boat to Dubrovnik. Next to nice restaurants and shopping center.

Limited vegetarian / vegan options for breakfast and dinner . Location was difficult to get to old town . Easy by Uber but not public transport.

Excellent service from start to finish. Good facilities. Clean rooms with amenities. Staff were polite at all times and very friendly and helpful. I would give it a 10 but I just only downside is that it’s not easy to get to old town unless you take an Uber. We waited over an hour at bus stop then gave up. Also I had informed hotel / restaurant that I was vegan / family are vegetarian before we arrived however the options for us were minimal. For mains we could only have pasta and salad. All 3 days was the same there was no variety. Even the soup options were not vegetarian. Luckily I had an excellent chef Joanna looking after me that made me amazing vegan desserts everyday. She was so good and made us feel like we were looked after. Thank you to Joanna. You were excellent. Apart from this minor thing we have nothing else to mention. We were very happy and would happily recommend to our family and friends.

Very clean hotel, spacious room, friendly and smiling staff. Big pool and the hotel had its own space on the beach. We didn’t have problems with sun beds, always found free ones for us. Very comfortable ordering drinks by the pool - every table had its own qr-code and your drinks are there in minutes. Location is great - next to the beach and promenade with its restaurants, supermarket is short walk away.

The facilities were great and clean, the staff was very nice and gave good service like water in the rooms, fruits in the pool and always with a smile. The beach and the pool were also good with always available chairs.

The hotel is a 15 minute drive from the Old a town & most attractions.

The Sheraton Dubrovnik is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool, private beach and surrounding restaurants. My room had a beautiful view of the sea and pool area. The breakfast had a very large menu and the staff were very helpful in arranging transfers and tours.

The room was huge and clean. The staff were also very friendly and professional. We enjoyed the pool and beach a lot. It was a very relaxing stay. We would love to come back again next time.

The main pool was taken over by children and their parents. We were there in school holiday time however, if there was a separate adult's pool that wouldn't have been a problem. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, don't go in school holidays, unless they build a pool separate for just adults.

The cleaning of the rooms each day wasn’t great. We regularly has to ask for clean towels. It seemed like the cleaning was a bit rushed..

The hotel is wonderful! There is access to the beach just in front of the hotel. Food selection and quality of services are perfect. The room was clean and was kept so during our stay. Also the SPA offers some nice relaxing treatments one can choose from.
