The food was OK. And a kettle in the room would have been great. The only thing to be aware of, it's UP the hillside.... With a huge amount of steps. Otherwise, it's easy to get a Taxi. It's NOT by the sea!

I had a beautiful room, with a Fridge and Balcony, overlooking the most glorious Aquamarine Inlet. I didn't need the Aircon, because the doors opened and I could hear the sea lapping against the rocks, down below. Bella Bella. The Reception staff were great and especially Jadrenka.... A beautiful woman.... So helpful. Nearby there's a couple of Restaurants AND there's a Spar Shop!

Decoration a bit old fashioned but absolutely fine anyway!

The hotel is literally on the beach, you can hear the sea waves at night with the window open. Also pretty clean and a fully renovated bathroom!

A little dated, pictures made the room look a bit better than it was. Friendly service, but nothing above and beyond. It was certainly very comfortable, but we didn’t really feel that we wanted to ‘hang out’ too much in the room.

Wonderful location. Exquisite view from our room, 1 minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and a shop. A lovely town to spend time if you want to relax and unwind - the poolside bar was very convenient.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighbours, luckily we had very nice neighbours that didn't make noise during the night. For us it was not a problem, but the running water in the bathroom is salty.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location, literally above the sea with very nice views. During the night you can hear the waves and for us it was very relaxing. You can reach the beach in minutes, the water is crystal clear and there are a couple of good restaurants and cafes in the area. The location is quiet and the mornings are peaceful. Market close to the hotel, free parking 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Good size of the room and bathroom.

The air con is only in the hall near the entrance to the room and not in the actual bedroom. The shower and sink is salt water so wasn’t too pleasant to shower in/ wash hair or brush our teeth. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly either and we heard others complain of the same issue. It didn’t bother us too much but could be a problem for some.

A room with a balcony/ side view was great. Our corridor led out onto some stairs down to the beach and the view is amazing! The room was clean with a comfy bed and a fridge and the bathroom was modern with a big accessible walk in shower. There was a luggage area with showers which was handy for the last day. Staff were really friendly and helpful and organised the transfers for us. The pool bar is also good for reasonably priced drinks.

The walls are very thin. My friend lives in the room next to mine and if we both were in the bathroom we were able to just have a chat. Wish the pool table was a little bit more supervised as the children from the hotel were regularly trashing it :(

Good value for the price. The hotel is very close to the beach. The reception staff was always friendly and happy to help. The hotel bar had good drinks prices. The rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Pool table near the hotel bar which was great. Good selection at breakfast.

You can hear every noise from the other rooms and people yelling on the balcony. Loud Cleaning and banging on the walls was happening at 8am. One lady at reception needs to find a new job, spoke to her a few times she wasn’t super pleasant. It wasn’t clear that Airport transfers needed to be booked 4 days in advance.
