People get very early to the pool to leave their towels and "reserve" a spot. They also leave it there the whole day even when they get back to their room. Hotel has a sign that says not to leave you're towels or they will remove it after 30 min, but it didn't seem they are so strict about it. I don't blame them, since I know it is a problem everywhere, but I think at least in the morning it can be controlled better. The hotel beach is small, but then again if you were ever before in Croatia you will know their beaches are mostly narrow and pebbly so no surprise there. There is a lot of smaller boats right in front which doesn't leave the greatest feel. On a plus side, if you don't mind paying 7 euros for sunbed and umbrella there are other smaller and bigger beaches down the road from 5 minutes walk to 20 minutes walk. Personally, I prefer firmer beds, since I have back issues. These were too soft for me.

This is a perfect place to stay at if you're with family (especially if you have little ones) and if you want to be 15min away from Dubrovnik but also not in the city center, that can get extremely crowded. Having an indoor pool is a huge plus since the sea can be chilly (at least for me) and outdoor pool is mostly occupied with kids. Enough of sunbeds and sunshade at the pool. Beach is right across the walking path, so 30 seconds away. Spacious rooms, clean. We had a side view room and it was great, especially liked that direct sun didn't hit our balcony after 1pm so you can chill there in the afternoon. The best thing about the hotel is definitely their food. A lot of choice, various food and they introduce something new every day. They had all sorts of vegetable milks, grains, as well as regular things for breakfast and the best fish choices for dinner. I also want to mention that is so easy to get to Dubrovnik from here - you have a water taxi 3 min walk from hotel (stops taxing when it gets dark) and 2 bus stops 1 min and 3 min away. Ofc you can always call a regular cab. Promenade goes all the way to Mlini so you can have a nice 2 km walk, and you have enough of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel but it's also not too crowded. Hotel has a separate part where one can work, with desks that have charging stations and library feel.

Everything! The location is stunning with easy access to the beach, restaurants etc. It’s a 20 minute water taxi into Dubrovnik, which was throughly enjoyable in itself! Our room was spacious, well equipped with super large comfy bed. The facilities such as the pool & spa were excellent. The staff were exceptional. Food (we had breakfast & dinner included) was all delicious. We are going back!

The food options in the hotel outside breakfast are a little limited but luckily there are several restaurants and cafes close by.

While most of the staff was wonderful and hardworking, there seemed to be a bit of disconnect on the towels and reservations for beach chairs. Some of the staff working the beach area as well as the towel service staff were not the most welcoming, but perhaps this is more attributed to their age. They likely just need more training and experience in hospitality, but nonetheless it can make for a bad impression for those guests like myself, who spend so much of their trip by the beach. We often saw beach chairs being reserved early and when we would ask staff at the front desk, they would tell us that this is not permitted. The beach staff was doing this very openly, so it almost made it it feel like comical gaslighting. Overall, the stay was terrific, but this process of having to get up early to reserve chairs was a damper.

Was a bit disappointed with the kids club, the ladies there did not seem to have it under control, tv was running in the background while they were creating something, the ac was set too low and I did not like the way the girls treated the kids. My daughter was disappointed. The water in the pool was extremely cold.

Breakfast and Dinner can become a bit monotonous especially if staying for a long period.Please consider inclusion of different (global) cuisines and increasing vegetarian options into the breakfast and dinner menu.

It was a pleasure that we stayed at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel. Everything was perfect . The staff from recepsion to housekeeping were very frendly . The room was spacious , the breakfast was very good , the pool and the beach were very comfortable.

My reservation was made over a month ago, but the hotel cancelled it two weeks ago and never notified me. On arrival the hotel was fully booked and they offered no compensation. By chance there was a cancellation later in the evening, so I was able to get a room. It was not the level of room I had initially booked, and the management made little effort to get me into the room I wanted, even later in my 9-day stay, offering mostly a shrug of the shoulders even while admitting the mistake was theirs. Not the way to treat a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Fantastic location on their own beach. Excellent breakfast. Tennis courts with equipment available. Wonderful but very popular pool. Good restaurants. Great service overall.
