The stair situation—the lack of an elevator—was not ideal since we had so many suitcases with us. Also, a dishwasher would have been nice.

The decor was modern and aesthetically pleasing, but everything was also practical. Everything was well-designed and the bed was also extremely comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep.

Excellent breakfast in nearby sweet restaurant was included in room price. Due to some private matters, we had to shorten our stay by one day and host was understanding and accepted our 1-day cancellation although free cancellation period already expired. Great service by host Boris and hostess Mare!

Great location at the old city centre and within walking distance to all the attractions. Breakfast was included which is a bonus. Would definitely recommended friends to stay here and stay here again.

Staff (Borris) is very helpful and friendly. Check-in is easy and straightforward. The location is superb facing the Roman forums square, minutes walk to the sea organ.

The restaurant attached to the residency is a 6-minute walk where we had breakfast, which was included in the stay. The church bells were very close to our stay. They rang loud evey 30 minutes from 6am onwards, which was a bit distubing.

The location was good. Just opposite side of the sea. A few minutes walk and we were in the city centre. Rooms were comfortable and well lighted. Mr. Boris is a helpful and humble person. We loved the city. Very positive vibes.

A few little areas to improve - no tea or coffee in room but had a kettle ! No shampoo / soap for shower even though it was advertised as free toiletries . Sliding window door handle comes off and towel rail broken / missing in bathroom .

Real find and highly recommended. Location was perfect, in the middle of everything and by main sites but still quiet to sleep, comfortable beds, great breakfast (pack up also available so we could take on our day trip leaving at 8am)

Everything was absolutely perfect.

The property was very nice and clean. My husband and I were so happy that there was an air-con, which was so useful during the hot weather. We liked a new modern bathroom and super nice bedroom. I was so touched of the kindness and support of Nina, who was showing and explaining us everything about the property and an old city. Nina was so knowledgeable and professional. She made sure we have everything we need for our breakfast next morning. And I’m so grateful that due to our vegan lifestyle, Nina made sure we have got everything to the highest standards. Her coffee and preparation of breakfast was absolutely outstanding. We both loved food served in tinnel restaurant and also we loved all the people we have met including Tena who gave me some dry flowers and Borys who we have chatted about our further trip. It really was a lovely and memorable time for us. I was amazed of the kindness who Croatian people share and spread around!

Having to walk with suitcases about 5 minutes from the check in place which is in the restaurant. The room is located in a residential building. I don't have parking. Under the windows of the cafe, a lot of noise. There is no trash can in the room. Wi-Fi code was not offered. In my opinion the price is too high.
