The restuarant needs to be more receptive and welcoming. The wait staff seemed lazy and annoyed with our presents. More hours to dine. The gift store prices were way too high. Maybe have more mid-range priced items.

Loved the view in being tucked into the red rock. Beautiful. I also liked the different things to do on the property.

I particularly, booked this accommodation as it was recommended as a good spot for stargazing. Unfortunately, local Petrol/Gas station and another building, lit up with lights ... couldn't see many stars as a result. Should have booked the View hotel.

I didn't think the front desk staff was very helpful. It was a busy time we were checking in and out.

We had a cabin with a view of the mountains, a lovely porch with a table and chairs to we could enjoy our food and drinks while enjoying the view.

We had a nice little cabin with a kitchenette and a view. It was a good place for our dogs. Our stargazing tour was cancelled (not by Gouldings) but we had a pretty nice night sky viewing just outside the cabin.

The entire staff working at the restaurant had 0 smiles nor personality. Everyone seemed to hate their job. We couldn’t wait to leave. We didn’t go back for breakfast the next morning.

The staff was shady. I had 2 bookings and just wanted to combine them. They charged me more to stay where I was in the Cabin but told me the attached rooms were much nicer than the cabins. Not true and not sure why they were being so weird about it. Shady.

I liked the spaciousness of the cabin. I prefer the space over the motel room vibe.

The welcome at the reception was very unfriendly. If you charge prices over $200 a night, a nice welcome should be part of the deal. The cabin was OK, but cheaply build.

The cabin was great, the view covered by the other cabins. For one night stand it was OK and it also has a front area to sit outside. Sleeps 3 - 4 peoples

The staff was not very friendly when we checked in. Prices of the restaurant were a bit too expensive, so we ended up buying food in the supermarket and cook in the apartment.

The hotel offers everything you might need, including a petrol station, supermarket, and a restaurant, so it's very convenient. It's right in front of Monument Valley, so it has a beautiful view.

Front desk staff a bit mechanical. More eye contact and friendly demeanor go a long way.

Location! Hotel rooms have a balcony with amazing sunrise views of Monument valley. Highly recommend! Worth the pricey room rate.

Staff could be a little nicer, and tours booked directly are pricier then what you would find in other places. It would be nice if a small playground could be installed or the pool would be closer to the cabins

Located nearby monument valley with some nice views, room was nice but not very spacious compared to the price we payed. It's an ok alternative compared to the view hotel. Pool was very nice, and restaurant was great.

We loved the little house we stayed in and the breakfast and supper at the Stagecoach Restaurant was great. And the monument valley safari tour was the best tour I’ve ever taken. Thanks to Don our guide.

Nice, nothing special but it's a lodge so we didn't expect much. Comfortable, clean. Great location a few miles from Monument Valley entrance. Good views of the park and rock formations, you have a pretty sunset and sunrise view. There is another hotel in the park with even more amazing views, but it's not pet friendly and we had our dogs with us.

A small grill, even something communal would be great. They have a pool but a small fitness center would be a bonus but not a big deal.

Right in Monument Valley. Gouldings offers several different lodging options. We stayed in one of the separate “cabins” with a kitchenette. The extra space was great and the views were spectacular. We initially had a problem with the TV but someone came right away to fix it (we were missing a remote). We also booked one of their tours of Monument Valley. Scenery was great.
