The apartments in riviera hotel are very well located and we had a beautiful view on the harbour. What was very nice is that we could go for free to the main hotel on the island and benefit from all communities

The noise from the live music in the wine bar was quiet loud at night, but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed it and it was over by 11pm.

We stayed in the apartments which were located a short walk from the Riviera hotel. The apartment was really clean and in a great location on the harbour front with a nice wine bar behind. We really enjoyed the Prosecco and canapés at the hotel, and the free boat shuttle to the island and use of the facilities was an extra perk. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we will definitely stay here again!

Only stayed for a stop-over otherwise might have liked a view or more light inside, however therefore cooler on hot day. Perhaps a bit outdated decor.

Pretty much everything. My room was large and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. And the island across the harbour with its private beaches and other facilities is beautifully cared for. All in all this made for am immensely relaxing brief holiday. I will be back.

Nothing really - just a temperamental shower head with a life of its own which ended up soaking everything in the bathroom!

Good location, right on the waterfront. The apartment is a short walk from the hotel but they still arrange a shuttle service, drive you to the door, store your bags etc. Porec old town is very small so everything is close, and the air conditioning keeps any noise from the port out. Good value for money too and parking at their car park is easy and cheap.

This room was considered “an apartment” and the breakfast policy on it was not clear enough. It was separated from the hotel, in a different building. Features a tiny sink.

Having in mind that it was a period of advent, some entertaining program was organized in the park just in front of apartment (the window is looking at that park in the city center) so it was a little bit noisy in the evening. Luckily the program finished at 23:00 so it was not a huge problem. On the other side it was comfortable to participate in the event since it was so close.

Location is in the city center which is excellent in a way that all restaurants are on the walking distance. If you came by car, then it means that you will use the hotels' shuttle service to reach the parking place but this is organized well so there was no problem. Since we came during the winter, beaches and swimming was not important to us.

Close to a beautiful city center in which we enjoyed the walks and sightseeing. Comfortable rooms with great sea view . Superb breakfast and brunch with a wide variety of food. We were surprised "prosecco hour" in the afternoon which we enjoyed on the terrace although was late October. Second experience in the Valamar hotels, high standards in both.

Central location. Clean apartment with a kitchen, refrigerator and good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Ferry trip to the Sveti Nikola Island (and back :) included in the price in the summer (as was a towel service) - good schedule, frequent connections, even late in the evenings. Left luggage service and 24/7 reception. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful receptionists.

There was no personal response to my query, just a default answer. Related to the topic of my query, but very delayed and general. But that is a minor issue. The bathroom had a strange shape, with something like a ventilation shaft right next to the bath tub. Someone a bit bigger or less nimble could have issues getting in or out of the tub, as one has to squeeze right next to the wall.

The location was great, although could be a bit noisy in the high season. We stayed there at the end of September, so it was wonderful. We got a room in a separate building, but upon checking in we got a free upgrade to a junior suit in the main building, which was nice. The suite was very nice, with a comfy bed. They let us store our luggage for free after checking out. All in all, we had a great, even though short stay at Valamar.

The small window faced a blind wall. It opened over the kitchen of the restaurant below, so that a penetrating cooking smell wafted in through the window. when open. We had to haul up our bicycles a steep flight of stairs to store them indoors overnight.

It was spacious and in the center of the Old Town.

There were some small technical problems, but we were immediately assisted by the hotel staff and they solved them fast.

The for adults designed property allows small dogs (for a fee). The staff is really friendly and kind and the room was very clean and cozy. A highlight of this property is the breakfast + brunch, which my husband just loved :) there is a wide variety of choices, for everyone. There are beautiful beaches close by and directly in front of the hotel you can book different boat trips to near and far. Dogs are welcomed almost everywhere, and can also go on the boat tours. The transfer to and from the parking lot works from 7:00 to 23:00, so it was very easy to get to the car, and it felt also safe to leave the car at the park.
