The apartment was very spacious with a lot of comfortable and stylish furniture. Our host Ružica took great care in explaining the apartment and making sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great advice on local attractions and places to visit. We visited her restaurant for a fantastic traditional meal. The location of the apartment is away from the crowds and located on a wide path along the old town wall. Conveniently positioned for getting into and out of the old town without going up the steep stairs. Ask Ružica ahead of arriving for the directions to avoid the steep stairs! We were very comfortable and had a relaxing time at the apartment.

Absolutely perfect location right in the middle of the Old town. The owners are so helpful - they let us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know, they helped us book taxis and with luggage storage as well. Couldn’t have asked for more. The AC was also excellent

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was great for seeing the old town and the host was so lovely, she organised a taxi to collect us from the airport and had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bars.

It is in the center of old town but to go with luggage is huge problem because there are many stairs.

The location is perfect for family with kids. Just next to a playground. The host is super friendly.

Perfect location for those looking for something special and unique! Quiet and charming place located on the top of the old city. Amazing owners who take care for everything you need and make you feel like part of family! PARKING service provided by host is a bargain since no parking available at all in Dubrovnik. Apartment located on the top part of old town - Not something extremely dramatic but you must be able to climb at least few stories by foot otherwise check with owners for special way to reach the place from backside.

Carrying our luggage up. The owner gave us instructions as to the best paths avoiding the big staircases, and it was achievable for us 70+ year olds.

The location is in the old walled town, but at the top of the hill, many many stairs. But to see the town you will climb the stairs The owner was very helpful and attentive.

Rose was so helpful after flight delays, we didn't arrive until 2am and she was awake to greet us. Very, very grateful. Bed was very comfortable and apartment lovely and cosy.

Pero was so hospitable and helpful for our short stay. Him and his wife let us leave our bags in their restaurant after we checked out and the key pickup process was incredibly smooth! We had an amazing time in Dubrovnik. The apartment is right in the heart of downtown and has everything you need!

Comfortable, convenient as only there a few days and the focus was exploring the old city and celebrating NYE. The owners were helpful along the way and very responsive to all questions. There are ways to walk alongside the city wall when to tired to tackle the stairs.

The owner was very kind and helped me with everything, even going to the gas station with me when my tires ran out of air. Also, I checked in before 24:00, but they greeted me with a smile and took my luggage, which made me very happy. There is a park next to the hotel and the kids had a great time there. This is a highly recommended hotel as all the major sightseeing spots in the city are within a 5 minute walk.

Especially if you have luggage, there are quite a few stairs, so be aware, if you'll be going up and down a lot.

The hosts (a family living close by) were great. Very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. If not for the steps, the location was great (right in the heart of the old city). Decent size dining room and kitchen. And there's a laundry washing machine, which is convenient.

The staircase may look intimidating but it was very doable. There is a street along the back end of old town that is less steep which I could recommend if you have mobility needs or a suitcase.

The apartment was perfect for our family of three but could easily fit 4. We did not spend much time in the apartment because the property is in an amazing central location so you’re able to stay in Old Town late when the cruise people have left. The host is exceptionally kind and friendly. She was very quick to respond to any needs we had and spoke perfect English which helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend any of the apartments within this building as the location and the host were so great!

It’s located inside the old city and you have to be awarded that you will need to climb many stairs to get to the place. I personally loved it, but my mother, aged 75, suffered a little bit.

It was an enchanting room, very clean. We where 3 adults and it was large enough. Also it was nice that it had washing machine.

A very comfortable, clean and well furnished place with 2 stories apartment in the heart of the ancient old town. It is surrounded with lots of cafes and restaurants. Our only complaint was that the towels were like sandpaper! We realize that this is likely due to the hard water they are washed in, but we think it would be worth investing in new towels, and replacing them as needed -- even if this means a small increase in the rates.

Location was great -- we love being in a real residential neighborhood, yet very accessible to everything.
