We had the extra large suite on the top floor - it lacked a balcony but nothing else.

Great location, amazing spacious and immaculate apartment and fantastic facilities. The pool was great to cool off in at the end of the day. Really well maintained gardens and communal areas.

Every now and then, you can get some large boats staying overnight in the harbour out front, and unfortunately, some of those passengers believe they have the right to party into the early hours. Villa Riva: Could possibly do with a little better lighting around the pool area. There are a couple of high step downs that can not be seen so well at night and take you by surprise when you step off them in the dark. Could potentially be dangerous to someone.

We used Villa Riva last year, so when we had friends travelling with us this year, we just knew it was the BEST place to go to. This trip was only for 2 nights, but it was exactly what we all needed after an emotional few days in Mostar. Staff are the best, polite, on time, respectful, ALWAYS ready to help. The rooms and the grounds are immaculately kept. Location is just fantastic.

Only one small thing which can’t be helped is the small window! The lack of balcony from the room is catered for by a balcony on the first floor for everyone.

Very clean, fresh and had everything one could need. Good to have private parking. In the Centre so close by facilities.

We reserved a "Comfort Studio with an Ocean View". That room was not available when we checked in and so we were "upgraded" to a two-bedroom unit with no view. The staff seemed unconcerned about this mix-up and so I have rated this as a "9" instead of a "10". The unit that we were put in worked out OK and was very convenient to the pool, which was very nice. The parking was very convenient and was in a gated parking lot right behind the hotel. We liked the location and walked around the corner and up a hill to a very nice "locals" beach. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are cafes within short walking distance. We enjoyed our brief stay in Slano.

The door in the bathroom in the room with the double bed was squeaky and the lamp on the right side of the bed in the right side of the room didn't have a working lightball. We had everything for every item except for the washing machine like capsules,detergent,softner....

I liked that everyrhing was like they said it would be.

Location- pool/garden and view of mountains and church out the back and the bay out the front. Air con and shutters made it very comfortable at night. The apartment was spacious.

It was occasionally noisy as the harbour has lots of small cruise vessels visiting and working boats in front of the hotel.

Was blown away by this property, did not expect it to be so big and spacious. We got a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 big spacious bathrooms and a lot of extras including an iron ironing board sandwich maker etc. was an absolutely amazing stay would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Slano. Staff wore an absolute delighted couldn’t be any nicer and so welcoming. Thank you very much for your hospitality

a few additional things in the kitchen would have been helpful, and the sofa wasn’t very comfortable - but these are very minor things in an otherwise excellent apartment.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about the property itself, WI-FI was a little temperamental, difficult to get a signal at times. What may be worth considering for future bookings is that immediately next door the same company are planning to erect a new build property of the same high quality, so for some months there will be noise and inconvenience of a building site. I do not know a start date for this building work.

The entire property from the moment we arrived just had a look of professionalism about it. From the gardens to the entrance hall, to our apartment, everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and exceptionally well presented. Staff were very polite, spoke fantastic English and were very eager to help in whatever way was needed. The apartment was extremely well equipped including a washing machine, iron , clothes dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Secure car parking is provided at the rear of the property via automatic gates. The location is perfect for the town centre with a small harbour side bar, bakery, 2 very nice restaurants and a small convenience store all within a 5 minute walk. There are also an abundance of ATM machines within the same area. At the time of year we were there (mid October) it was pleasantly quite but I would imagine during the peak months of May to September it would be much busier and more congested in the area.

We had a sea room where you heard early noise from the road and moored vessels. Nothing the accommodation can do about this but something to be aware of.

Apartment was in a lovely building. It was spacious and had everything you needed. Beautiful views out to the bay. Lovely pool and garden area behind with backdrop of the countryside.
