All was good, nothing not to like. Just be aware is a bit isolated spot, you need a car to go to restaurants. Pools are a bit small and shared with everybody in the resort but other than that you have the real sea at 2 minutes walk.

Villa Elizabeta and all the facilities offered were great. Apartment itself, green surroundings, proximity to the beach.

The airconditioning needs to be in the bedroom. It’s a small unit located in the living room, not suitable to cool the whole accommodation.

Property is near the beach. On the corner of the street there is a small bakery. Big rooms.

Price: Pricing during summer is high, but I guess this is everywhere in Croatia.

Location - Perfectly located 100m (or less) from the beach! Great beach location, very private and clean! Rooms - Were cleaned daily, daily housekeeping services kept the room super clean Beds - comfy beds Facilities like the pool were great, umbrellas by the pool, and changing rooms were always kept clean. Several restaurants walking distance nearby, panificio/bakery nearby, makes it a convenient place!

The quality of the restaurant in the structure is poor, but you can find better ones just outside the place.

Perhaps a bit pricy, however it seems to be the standard of the area more or less.

Well-equipped apartment. Good-sized rooms og balcony. There is a bakery, cocktail bar, atm in walking distance. Supermarkets, etc. nearby in driving distance. There's a dedicated pool for apartments, mobile homes, and camping area.

We often stay at apartments and take a few things - nespresso machine, a couple of extra pans & utensils, oil, S&P, small fan, containers etc..we were fine but these things might be needed. There are great restaurants here and there but we are pretty lazy and like to eat at home. There are no negatives but take things to make the stay to your liking

An excellent apartment stay..we could make our breakfast lunch and dinner …loved the use of the BBQ (we are Aussie😂🥩) the pool was lovely, a short walk to the public beach, the shady parking was valuable, loved sitting on the balcony ..such pleasent staff to top it off.

We thought that the host could just charge our card so we left without going down to reception. This was our fault, but it made for awkwardness trying to get this bill paid. Can booking.com help?

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach and only a 15-20 minute drive from Pula and the airport. Its also a good location as a base to explore the coast, with many beautiful beaches only a short drive away. The breakfast was very good - a nice way to start each day, with friendly staff who were always smiling, even when it was busy. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The young boy at the reception had no idea what to see around and restaurants for recommendations. Good that we had the lady next day who gave us all the required information on the next day.

We were on a road trip right from North to south of Croatia and had done many bookings at different places in Croatia. LIKE: • Very helpful and friendly staff. • The pool was very good and clean. Not big but perfects with families. • The rooms in the apartment were very big, clean and comfortable. • One of the best beaches of PULA as there were less people. Clear water. • The property feels like home. Best place to stay with kids. • Bakery and store nearby.

Not big problems but … Aircon no good for sleep time as only effective front room. Noisy in the morning with people walking downstairs in flip flops.

We didn't like the noise coming from the stairs in the middle of the night - this could be solved by placing a carpet to absorb the sound of high heels or flip flops. In addition to that, guests with kids on the swimming pool make it impossible to enjoy peace and quiet because kids keep jumping into the pool.

The property is in a beautiful place, easy to find, close to the beach (which is not the best one around but is still a beach). Bed is very comfortable, the apartment was impeccably clean and you can ask for additional cleaning once you're there. We also enjoyed simple but tasty breakfast and all staff were very pleasant to talk to.
