Close to old town , friendly host and comfortable bed. It has a washer and drying area in rhe balcony which is perfect for me.

Spotless cleanilness, impeccable comfort, felt really like home. Great facilities even the minimal detail was considered with care (oil and vinegar, variety of utensils rarely provided by others). I can't remember when I lastly experienced such services and comfort. The hosts very friendly and helped me a lot especially during my checkout. Thank you so much.

The Villa is very lovely and well located, 10 minutes walk from the center of the old town and in a quiet place. Elly and her husband were very friendly and gave us many tips on what to see in Dubrovnik. It was an excellent experience!

The host was lovely and gave us a map with the best routes into the Old Town. A great location for people wanting to access the port/bus station and Old Town, as well as Mount Srdj. One of the cheapest in the area and great value.

A vegetable peeling knife could help

No breakfast is supplied and we didn't expect any..The location is fabulous for a visit to Dubrovnik. The alleyway around are fantastic once you understand/get your bearings. Our balcony was very nice to spend leisure time. The owners Elly and Andria were very helpful ,informative and went out of their way to please. Elly makes a lovely walnut liqueur. Old town and beaches, shops, bus stop all handy.

The apartment was absolutely spotless, lovely and bright with everything you could need. Elly and Andrija were very welcoming, and always on hand for any questions or just a chat. Great balcony with partial sea views and partial hills view. We were on the top floor, there are only 2 floors and not too many steps. Good location outside of the Old Town so it was quiet for sleeping. Steps are not too bad to reach it from the Old Town and there is a bus most of the way, only 2 stops on the bus.

10 out of 10!! My staying at this apartment was very enjoyable! I liked everything- the location, how the apartment was carefully equipped, the view (I could see the sea from the terrace 😍) and, of course, Elly 🙂. I felt very welcomed there, highly recommend!

Maybe the use of the parking was not necessary during April (after Easter) as there were some free places outside the building that would be free. We stayed for two days only, and it was raining, so the room was a bit humid or cold because we had only one a/c to warm the place.

We liked how quiet the neighborhood is and the small distance from the old town. Also the owner provided us with a parking space for 8€/day just in the garden of the villa. Clean room, satisfying bed and equipped kitchen. We had the opportunity also to do our laundry as the room has a washing machine.

We had s fantastic stay in the sea view apartment. Views are incredible from the terrace and the location was excellent, short walk to the old town, close to the port for any trips to the islands and a lovely 2 mile walk to the Lapad area and some beautiful walks around Babin Kuk. Elly is a fantastic host, so welcoming. We stayed over Easter and she brought us some traditional treats which was so kind and she sorted out our transfers to and from the airport and gave us lots of great information and tips. Can’t recommend highly enough. We’ll be back!

Cozy villa in the broader city center of Dubrovnik, strategically located between the beautiful Bellevue beach and the great old town, both reachable in few minutes walk. The room was spotless, very comfortable, well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the beautiful views from the terrace add to the high value of the place. Overall, a great experience!

The warm welcome and the helpful hosts. Perfect location near the Old town, the beach and bus stop for small day trip. Clean and comfortable, everything we needed to cook and eat. Great view. Very safe. Both kids and parents loved the place.

Nice location, with incredibly helpful and welcoming hosts in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The A/C works well and the balcony was a beautiful spot with a very nice view to have your morning coffee or a drink in the evening. It is a short walk to some shops, and a quick walk to get to the old town. We spent 5 nights and had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely nothing!

My husband and I stayed in Villa Elly for 4 nights and I could not recommend enough. Our hosts were so warm and friendly and our apartment was beautiful, with a balcony and spotlessly clean. Were were only a 10 minute walk to the old town which was so convenient as was our airport transfer. If I ever get back to Dubrovnik I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Just superb
