We had a wonderful stay at the Villa! Clean and spacious room with all amenities as listed, nice private balcony and very functional outdoor kitchen area. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The property is very close beaches, supermarket, bus and ferry, 10 mins on bus to the old town. The room very comfortable, clean, and has a balcony with amazing views, and a refrigerator., and access to cooking facilities. Exceptional value for money. Would highly recommend

We were greeted by Silvio who spent half an hour telling us about the main sites and restaurants to try around Dubrovnik. This was incredibly informative, especially coming from a local and helped us navigate the next few days with ease. In terms of amenities, we had everything provided - the bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great, and everything was clean and tidy. We also loved being in a different part of Dubrovnik to explore more than just old town. Plus, it was pretty easy to get a bus/Uber/catch a ride with the host. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thanks again for having us Silvio and family 😊

Everything was very relaxing and quiet.

The location was excellent for the beach and local buses and a supermarket was only 2 minutes away the hosts where very friendly and you wanted for nothing yet not in your face they even brought our washing in under the canopy when rain was forecast they welcomed us with a drink and snacks on our arrival and even picked us up from the airport for small fee and gave us a map and were very informative it felt like the authentic Croatian experience which we were looking for .

The location was the only minor issue.

The place is nice and comfy and quite spacious for the price, however the location is a bit far from a bus station. The host was nice and responsive. The rooms are clean and all necessary amenities provided. The bathroom is well cleaned and everything works. Overall, good value for money.

It is a little difficult to get to the port/bus station from here so you will need to take a taxi or uber.

This place is wonderful! There is a fully functioning HUGE kitchen outside for everyone to use. We enjoyed having breakfast there as well as on our personal little balcony. The bedroom is a nice size with a very large, comfortable bed and nice pillows. It makes a big difference when you stay places where you sleep well and this is one of those nice places. The communal bathroom is always maintained with a nice shower, we never had any issues needing to wait for the bathroom. The location is also really nice as it is very close to some beaches and you can enjoy a beautiful walk around the coastline and stop as tons of beaches along the way. The bus to the historical centre is about 15 minutes walk and the bus takes roughly 10 minutes and costs $2 each way. While the historical centre is worth seeing, the beaches near the hotel are much nicer and worth exploring so the location is perfect.

The room had a ceiling-fan for those who don't want to use A-C, a large (shared) balcony, and there's a communal kitchen area. The host is very helpful and welcoming.

We liked everything

We liked everything about Villa Jozefina! Two bedrooms apartment was very nice, clean, own entrance, very big terrace, wash machine, air conditioning, kitchen has everything that needs to make food home. I really can just recommend this place for vacation in Dubrovnik! Lapad half island is a very green place, with different beaches and walking trails. You take bus to old town, very easy and it goes every 10 minutes.
