Apartment is with old furniture and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel, not international 4 stars, maybe 2 or max 3 stars.

Beautiful and quiet place, a short distance from the center. Location right by the beach, nice views of the sea and the mountainous coast of Croatia. Bar and restaurant part of the premises. The friendliness of the staff and owners of the building. We can recommend.

The mattress was very hard and quite uncomfortable. In a few days you can get used to it, but it could be a lot better. The kitchen had limited utensils. It could be a equipped a little bit better, but it’s not bad. The staff also noted that they can provide more utensils/pans/pots if you ask, so that’s very helpful.

The location is amazing. We loved the view and how close the beach is. There is a very nice promenade which stretches in both directions and is great for long walks. You can also use it to get to the city centre which is a lovely 30 minute walk. There is spacious parking and the view from our apartment was very nice. We loved the balcony the most and spent a lot of time on it. The staff were fun and very helpful.

Poor kitchen accessories, 100 Euros for using the washing machine, 50 Kuna/day for beach deck-chair.

I liked that we got grandfloor flat so my kids could easily run around from the terass to the garden. The flat was clean.

Wonderfull place nearby the sea, nice promenade for jogging or light walk on the seaside. Apartment had everything you need for an independent stay.

If you have little kids, this is a great choice - but if you don't, be aware that this place has TONS of young children. The beach has loads of young kids everywhere. We have teens and it wasn't an ideal fit. Opatija was much more fun for them. Krk is too mellow and you have to drive everywhere to do activities. This spot only had 1 SUP to rent and it was out every time the kids wanted it. We probably would not stay again.

The best thing about this simple little hotel was the location - right on the water. We also liked the young Canadian guy who seemed to be the manager. Very helpful. Nice views IF your room has them - note that a "partial view" means you're mainly looking at an ugly concrete building. The 2 bedroom apt that we were in was okay - seemed expensive for such a basic place. The 1 bedroom that our friends were in was more attractive and had an unobstructed view. Note that your booking does NOT include breakfast. There's an option to purchase, but easy to make in your kitchenette too. It's quite a way outside of town, though you can walk there on the "lungomare" in about 30 mins, and there are restaurants along the way. We liked the quiet and were comfortable enough.

I would have preferred a better bed. It looked like a pull out sofa bed. Staying for more then a week it was a bit tough on the back. As far as the kitchen, it would be greatly to have more necessary utensils for cooking like garlic press, more cups and plates than just two. Also we had a balcony with two air cons on out balcony from other apartments..this was quite noisy on evenings when sitting on the balcony wanting to hear the criquets and the ocean .

The location is very nice with the private beach under the trees. Also the bar that offers drinks and simple food. The apartment is a good size with a nice balcony Nice staff.

Breakfast. For reserving breakfast (10 euro) via booking.com you become only bread, Marmelade and tea. All these for 10 euro. If you want a real breakfast you must pay another 10 euro/pers. I call this cheating.

The management and reception is not flexible to customer requests and is not able to amend a reserveration, but instead you get charged unreasonable for not provided services. I don't recommend to book this appartment and advice to be carefull when ordering breakfast.

If I want to describe it with one word: Uncomfortable. The beds were too hard and so noisy, every turn of me, or my wife during the night would woke up the other. The chairs on balcony were also hard and uncomfortable, we were not able to enjoy the view.

Staff was friendly and nice, and location close to the sea is really great.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the place and it’s good location with private beach. The staff was excellent. We didn’t try the breakfast as we had a good kitchen in our apartment.
