Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was excellent, great sea view, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent. The balcony was nice. Quick walk to the beach and nice pool.

CroatiaVilla Radin is no longer the place that he used to be. It is run and manage by the next hotel and service is gone to zero. This is it and our last stay on a ghost place.

RomaniaAlthough the balcony is nice, there are no mosquito nets and make no mistake like we did, don`t keep the balcony door open, swarms of them will get inside.
Breakfast was fabulous, Location is perfect, it`s right on the seashore. Beautiful balcony with a seaview.

AustriaWe had a large room with a fantastic sea view and a lovely private balcony, very comfortable bed with Good quality bed linen & towels. There is a nicely secluded garden with loungers & sun umbrellas and the crystal clear sea is right by the hotel. We enjoyed a very good breakfast and all the staff were very friendly.

United StatesNobody in sight during checkin. We arrived @ 5:45 in the evening. Looked around for 45 minutes, while calling the hotel number 7 times. Finally we realised that we had to checkin at the property next door. Rooms are outdated and stale. The balcony was nice. The pool is very small and ocean access is not really inviting. Overplayed 3 times what this place is worth

The rooms are old fashioned with several inconveniences; no sockets close to bed, no lights in the balcony, bad quality pillows, old furniture, no room service, old carpet flooring. The hotel feels deserted; reception and breakfast in another hotel all together. No beach towels or service by the beach.

We liked everything and we can't wait to come back! First accomodation is perfect, it is exactly like the pictures, big size rooms, direct sea view included with very nice balcony of course. Excellent cleaning service with wonderfull staff, everything was spotless. Breakfast excellent - you had a big variety of foods to choose from - again wonderfull staff, always there to help you. Location excellent - 5 min walk to Vodice center, where you had plenty of restaurants, bars, to choose from. It is possible also to have lunch and dinner at the hotel, but our booking included breakfast only, therefore we did not try any other meals at the hotel, this time. Also the hotel has the best garden and pool, extremely well maintained. See you next year!
