If you sleep with the door open, you can hear the noise of the cars on the street. But the rooms have air conditioning so it's not necessarily a problem.

The villa's location is excellent. It is close to the main road which is quite easy to find. It is just about 5 minutes drive to shopping malls nearby and 10 mins down to the town. The staff was delighted to help giving information of the surroundings and also lifting our luggages to the second floor. The room was spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a balcony and a "chatting room". The TV set was big like 60 to 70 inch. The only negative is it would be better if there is a dressing table in the unit so I could have had smoother dress up in the mornings. In short, we enjoyed the stay in the villa and Zadar very much. Thank you!

It was quite expensive in July, but at least everything was perfect.

Really nice and spacious room. Good Airconditioning, comfortable bed and pillows. Last but not least is Matea! This is a person who loves her job and loves to help her guests with everything she can!

Everything was great. Maybe a little fridge in the room would be useful.

I loved the little patio where we had breakfast. The linden trees in the yard were in full bloom and the smell was amazing. The room was big and clean, and we had a little patio of our own at the ground floor, very nice surprise and really useful when you have a kid. The staff was very friendly, we felt welcomed. Would definitely return.

Maybe the neighbourhood a bit, as a tourist, and the fact that the bathroom wasn’t ventilated.

Clean room, comfortable bed, big balcony, good air conditioning and free parking right in front of the building. The staff was welcoming, showed us a map of the city with things we could see and even recommend a good restaurant.

- Small downside: 30 minutes walk to the centre of the city, however by car 5 minutes. We have enjoyed the walk.

- Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a huge living area. Very modern and big 4K television with Netflix. - Nice breakfast - Very open and kind staff - Good parking area Such a good experience, we will come back!

A good walk to the beach and old town but this was more of an age thing for us rather than a problem.

The double room was typical hotel size but well furnished and spotless. There is a large comfortable double bed and a good shower. All of the staff were friendly and helpful making sure that you had no problems during your stay.
