Room has a great view of the sea. It was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. There are shop, bakery and several restaurants near by. Beach is like 1 minute walk away.

AC was in living room, so in the bendroom temperature sometimes was a bit to higher.

Everything, staff was extremly helpful, the proximity to the beach, there are bakery and grocery store around the corner and few restaurants at the beach. View from the balcony was amazing.

The location was perfect, apartment clean, and everything as needed. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute taxi into Split (when there was no traffic!) - perfect! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

the spot from the airconditioning was a little bit inconvenient. it would be cold in bed but too warm if we turned it off…

The apartments are great. They are new and clean, the whole building and surroundings are very well taken care of. We were staying in an apartment with kitchenette and a large balcony offering lovely seaview. We had everything we needed. And even more. The staff is very nice, kind and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank to Marijana, who helped us the most.

The sound insulation in these older buildings is never suberb, but you could block out any excess noise with earplugs when going to bed.

Excellent location, bus 60 took us everywhere we wanted to go, bus stop right in front of hotel, short walk to the beach and enough restaurants around the area.

We had an amazing stay at Stipe Residence in Podstrana. The beautiful beach is a 2 minutes walk, and you can also take the bus to go to Split and Omis. The host was so welcoming and nice to us, she answered every questions we had. Our room was very clean, we had everything we needed. Thank you for everything !

Great place to stay for vocations! All the photos of the residence are real. Very clean. Great sea view from the terrace. You have everything needed: stove oven, tea kettle, microwave, cups, dishes, knives, forks, spoons; safe; air conditioning; TV. Parking is directly in front of the residence. Bakery - 3 min walk, Mini market - 7 min walk. Bus stop to/from Split 1 min walk. Sea - 3 min walk, just across the road. Thank You for the hospitality. Definitely come again!

- We didn't like the Wi-Fi I believe you should mentioned that it's so bad. We had a problems with internet almost at all territory of the hotel (disconnects, poor signal, low speed, etc.) and if someone will planning to work from the hotel internet could be a big blocker for that. - Very poor soundproofing of entrance doors and windows made our sleep unsettling in some day. - I found price per/day is high at this period (just my opinion).

- Thanks for hosting us in your hotel, we liked the staff (smiling and helpful). - Also we liked weather, it was only 1 rainy day during our 11 days vacation. - We really enjoyed the beach near the hotel, it has clear water and comfortable bottom, there are many places where we could swim with our little son. - Also thank you for possibility of the early check-in and late check-out, thank you with your help with postcards.
