We would really loved to have a chopping bord, salt and pepper and more bin bags. It was really nice to receive fresh towels, but in a week time no one changes their towels, or if yes, maybe could do on a request only. I think the world going in a way where it is less wastage. And it is a recomandation for any other apartment or hotel not just this one. So we would have prefered an extra or two bin bags and one or two more toilett papers. I think the cost of these would equal the cost of the fresh towels and fresh kitchen towels. It was very hard to chop anything. But, please don't take this wrong, we had a graet experience. Thank you for everything and it is only our opinion after all.

It was clean. Well kept garden. Good parking area. Good environment. I can recomend it to anyone, who is looking for an apartment close to the beach and the centrum.

Two minutes walking distance from the geometric midpoint of the 1,8 km long bay/beach and the main sea promenade aligned with bars and restaurants. Supermarket and bakery also 2 mintues away. Plenty of very good bars and restaurants on the sea promenade. Excellent location with terrace, nice and green garden and on site parking lot.

Only on the arrival there was no hot water. After calling reception lady came 30 mins later to say it should be hot now. While ground floor is brand new and renovated, the bathroom and bedroom on first floor is quite old and could be more modern and spacy. Anyway everything was clean and working.

Extra close to the beach and main walk, but still separated from noise and crowd. Located in calm cozy garden, semi-detached apartments with good equipment and a terrace. Every apartment has kitchen, dining table, tv with coach , small bathroom and bedroom with balcony on first floor. Wifi was good, there is coffee machine, microwave, big fridge and pair of sunbeds. In the garden you can find barbecue spots, dining tables with benches and small playground. Parking lot is inside the property just next to the housing with a gate closing at night. Reception is working from 9am-3pm. Towels were exchanged once during a week stay. Easy checkin in toursit office. You can pay in euro or in kuna. Very pleasant stay!

Apartments are close to each other, so this is impossible to accomodate smokers and non smokers separately. Nothing against the property management, but to have a cigaret smoke every day inside the apartment due to ill-behaved neighbors, it can spoil the stay. Unfortunately, this is the result of the repeal of the anti-smoking law in Croatia.

The location is very good in the park just close to the beach. All shops and restaurants are also very close to accommodation. Villas are situated as twin houses with common terrace. Advantage is also own parking.

The place was clean and ok for one night. We were in the middle of the high season and were only looking for a one-night stop. Baska was very busy and we left for more quiet places then.

We didn’t like that there was no air conditioning in the lower part of the apartment. I recommend that you have a fan with you. We didn’t need it because the temperature didn’t exceed 32 degrees Celsius. My bed was too hard. TV does not offer any Slovenian programs, most of them are German programs.

The location was the best as it is close to the beach and the promenade (about 150 meters away). There are trees around the apartment that provide shade. We only had 1 hour of sun on the terrace the rest of the time we had shade. The apartment is large enough for a family of 4 and with a pet. In the upper part of the apartment is a bedroom with air conditioning. There is no air conditioning in the lower part. Wifi was really good, the son never complained about not working.

Shared terrace is not ideal especially if you have a chain smoker or a very noisy neighbour. Air conditioning was not working at all, couldn’t even turn it on.

Large property with plenty of space on two floors. Very good location, couple of minutes walk from the beach and 5mins walk from town centre. Also close to supermarket and local bakeries.

As being central the villa we stayed was very close to the road and the noise from the disco was disturbing in the night. Air conditioning is available only upstairs which is not enough for the whole villa. The windows have no fly screen so was also uncomfortable not to open the windows as mosquitoes fly in.

The blankets didn't have a full washable cover. only white sheets to put underneath. The refrigerator was extremely loud. It could be heard from the bedroom and really bothered the person who slept in the living room on the bed couch.

The location is great, close to beach, center, bars, shops. Villa was clean, the place is in the shadow of trees, great for small kids to play, there is a lot of space between houses for the children. The location is in the center but it is quiet. The kitchen is equiped well.
