Clean room, friendly staff, location close to public transportation

The room was clean and bright, and the location is very convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay &excellent hospitality. Will be coming back!

The reception staff could work on some customer service. I think they forget they work for the customers who are paying their salaries. The manager should address this as I'm seeing some other people had the same comments in the past. A nice smile and friendliness will not hurt them too much.

Well, it started from the beginning. The reception didn't even say hello when I approach the desk, and she seemed bordered to assist. Definitely she needs to work on her customer service. The room had no working fridge. After I looked on the other comments it seems this is an issue for a long time. The breakfast variety is poor.

The hotel was close to our destination, Papp Laszlo arena, as we came for a concert. The rooms were spacious, and clean.

Breakfast for a four star hotel is not rich but sufficient. I spend one night on the side of the main road and it was wery noisy. I think there is insufficient soundproofing in the hotel and the window did not seal properly.

Comfortable hotel, next to the tram. Parking for free next to the hotel, or for a fee in the underground garage. Breakfast is open from 6:30.

When we entered the room, we noticed that we had been given separate beds, which we had to push together. There were remnants of chips under the bed. Above the fridge where the kettle was, there was dust. The ventilation was causing an uncomfortable noise. However, since we only slept there, it didn't bother us much.

The location of hotel was nice if you want to discover city with a bicycle or by foot. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

You can't reserve a parking spot and we knew this, but even after arriving if you leave your spot, it is possible that you don't have it again when you come back. The cleaning lady one of the days made a lot of noise in the hall and when asked her to be more quiet, she was rude.

I ended up here after my flight had to divert to Budapest because of a technical problem, so the stay was not planned. Considering I only spent a few hours here, the hotel was excellent. A special thank you for the gentleman at the front desk, who managed both my check in and check out and ordered a taxi for me.

Perhaps only the fact that there is nothing to see in walking distance and you need two lines of public transportation to get to the city center. Breakfast is to expensive comparing to room price.

The room was not cleaned, the garbage was not thrown away, the towels were not changed. The pillows are a disaster. There was no water and coffee left.

The fridge was not working and it caused inconvenience for us. The only option to use a fridge was o the reception desk, which was not an option for us.

They could improve the breakfast selection. You can get a 15euro breakfast with a wider variety of products.

Decent hotel with a great crew of workers! Thanks for all the help provided especially when requested on a holiday like New Year! Our room had electricity problems that were fixed right there. At rest, it was overpriced for New Year (but so is everything else for this holiday) and I expect it to be cheaper for normal stays. It is located right in front of a tram station and 10 min walk from the metro, so you can go anywhere without a taxi. Accessible and pleasant.

It's a little bit noisy, because hotel is located on the street with quite busy traffic.

The bed was a little on the firm side and the cost was quite high for their location. The hot water side of the shower tap gets extremely hot and if accidentally touched it is painful.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and professionalism of the staff. The shower was good and the room had free tea and coffee packets. Heating was ample and tram is right outside. Close to Lidl grocery store.
