Good location, nice swimming pool. We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 4 days and we had everything we needed. If you want to visit with children, there is a trampoline and table tennis to enjoy in the garden.

We booked room with balcony and received the room without but with glass door instead which everone passing by the property fence could see through…. property located far away from everything with the view on Tombs manufacturer exhibition. Repetable breakfast everyday - salami and cheese.

Breakfast was not good, specially the coffee was bad. 1st room we got was on the ground floor with a glass door to the street and a hole in the bathroom. We got another room in the 1st floor which was ok but the bathroom was very noisy all night. Playground and pool were not in the condition like on the pictures.

A bit far walking distance from the train station if you have luggage, but a taxi would cost you around 5€ (2000 HUF) so do that to avoid the walk in the heat in non-pedestrian-friendly streets.

Nice small room with comfortable bed and bathroom. Not far from a quiet beach zone. The swimming pool is nice enough to refresh after you come back from the lake and want to refresh again.

Bathroom was small and the shower didn't have at list a curtain. Almost impossible to take a decent shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Thin walls, problems with noisy neighbours.

Situated in a quiet area, parking available, 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. Basic breakfast available.

The breakfast was fine, but not the excellent one. Some of the foods were lower quality.

Very clean and beautifuly designed room, newly furnished, we also appreciate the fridge and comfort beds. Nice staff, free parking.

There is no storage room for bicycles, but it was solved by staff, as they offered to store our bikes in not used old reception room.

The location was OK, although not in a city center, but easily reachable by bicycle or walking. The rooms were quite large and clean. Most of all we liked the swimming pool, sufficient size and very clean. The breakfast was average. But overall, good value for money.

The property could not have reasonably been a 4**** hotel Also, it felt like a bait and switch, as we had booked the Admiral Resort and got moved to the Kristaly Hotel as an "upgrade". It didn't feel like an upgrade at all.

Well the place wasn’t finished. ie No shower door installed on one. Unable to close the rest we had 4 rooms. We also could not lock rooms door and made never made the beds Simply the premises were not finished

1. They gave us room that was not in the picture of booking app. 2. When we wanted to pay, they asked for 60euros more, i opposed and asked why? Initial responde was: "i need to write down bill that is in my system" but price was 60 euros more. But after 1 hour of waiting they didn't come up with answer why should we pay more, and at end we paid price we booked initialy. 3. Unfortunatly we left 45 euros fast tablet charger at the admiral hotel room. They confirmed that they found it in booking message. And they stoped responding to emails od messages after I asked if they can send it to my home adrees on my charge. We live 2 hours drive from that hotel. I hoped i could get my charger back. 4. I takes up to 2 days to get initial answers from that place in proces of booking. 5. Adress they have on booking if you put it google maps will take you to enterance you cannot use, and it is all locked up. The real enetrance is from another street around the corner. Update your booking information.

Very plain breakfast. Very soft bed for us (maybe someone likes it). Only one person from hotel staff spoke English. Advise: AVOID ROOM 7, there are 5AC units above the room and constant noise during night and vibration from these makes sleeping impossible. We tried to call the property after 21:00 when we found out, but the other side was not speaking English, hang up 2 times on us and refused to help us. On the other day when we complained we were offered free self service dinner at other hotel.... This left a very sour feeling and we are not planning to return.

Nice neighborhood, very quiet. Free hotel parking, nice small pool and nice kids playground. Clean facility, clean rooms.
