The motel is in need of maintenance and updating in the rooms.

The room stunk very bad! The toliet clogged and they had us unclog it instead of staff. We all had headaches n was sick when we left.

We were on ground floor. Sliding glass door opened to pool area. That would have been nice of pool was open( to early).

there was no safety lock on the door. A man walked into my room at 2:40 a.m. with the dead bolt locked. I woke up and yelled and he ran out. So I won't be back.

Pool was disgusting and permanently closed. No ice machine - was told to buy ice at store next door. Door to room was very hard to open and had to be slammed to actually close. Remote to tv did not work. Drain to sink was broken, had to reach under the counter to make sink drain. GFC outlet in bathroom would not work, nor reset. Had to use outlet in room for hair dryer.

Breakfast was decent. No creamer for coffee nor napkins for two days in a row.

The place smells bad and nobody clean the room.. no ice food machine broken and enter and exit was not security. Tv service not available. The lady at desk was nice. You could tell this is a on going problems. I will never stay here again.

For a choice hotel I was disappointed. The dresser was badly water damage, the walls were not clean, the loveseat sleeper had wires showing not to count there was a towel still in it. No trash can and I told them twice I didn’t have one. There was no counter space to put my towel items for shower etc, no blow drier. Something they wash the linens in broke me out. The bed was hard and the bottom was exposed. The breakfast was alright except for the juices were scour, they were in a pitcher sitting out. When I arrived the housekeeper had to check me in, no one at the front desk I had to wait. Not going to say anything about how the pool area looked. I should have stayed in Danville. only one mirror in the room and it was in the bathroom. This place should not have been a choice hotel.

The room we were given the beds were not made up. Half filled plastic 7/11 cup of Coke on dresser. And smelled musty.

Breakfast was a good variety. Having the 19th hole restaurant right next door was so convenient.

One towel in the room. One. 🙄 The key card was messed up both days. I didn't get a copy of my bill so I don't know what I was charged.

No one at the breakfast time. Didn't know how to use some of the appliance's. Charged an extra day which I didn't use. Found out the charge when I checked my credit card. Not one was at the desk to check out. Left the keys on the desk and left. Most places would slip a bill under the door on the last night of stay.

The bathroom was dirty there was trash still in room and a pair of socks on the floor. The phone didn’t work. They gave us another room but the bathroom door stuck and we still had issues with the phone The coffee machine in breakfast nook was broken. The eggs were dry

Shower handle was broke off and just sitting on the tub. Only one trash can. No tissues or extra toilet paper. The bed was hard as a rock. We could hear people asking the maid in next room where to buy drugs. No one was there to check us out when time to leave.

There was no ice machine. It sounded like the people stomping around upstairs were gonna fall through our ceiling! The walls were paper thin and I cld here what sound like a construction zone in the next room all night!

The staff was very nice and the room was clean. I loved having the inside door to the hallway and also a sliding glass door to the outside! Made packing our luggage in and out so much easier!
