Hosts are amazing people, so kind and lovely.. they gave us a lot of good advices on public transportations and attractions. The butik is so perfectly situated in the centre of the city, we went to see everything by walking, calm place, good restaurants around... sooo clean and comfortable.

We dont have anything we didnt like, really! My biggest issue was to find parking spot and to understand how to pay parking on the machine since everything is in hungarian words. First day of our stay was Labor Day, and 2nd day we should pay parking in nearby street.. For families coming with car, these kinds of info would be grate to have in advance -- so, share the Garage locations around Butik Hotel to your customers and also it would be helpfull if Hotel had forint coins ... for those like us who didnt visited exchange office and took some HUF coins for parking machines :).

Hotel Butik is super cosy, great location, supper staff, fully clean ! First of all, before we came hotel saff was replying to all mesages very shortly. Deluxe Apartment was big, bed is super comfortable and after a whole day walking around Zoo and Peste center we had great sleeping hrs here :). Kitchen is with all equipment, eventough we didn not cook anything all was there if needed. Staff also leaved tea and black coffee. We had separate toilet and bathroom is great to have. Above all, location is great, 7mins from Parliament, 10-15mins from St.Stpehen Basilica and Vaci str. My family with 2 really small kids (2y and 6years old) we had everything we need. Keep up the good work Adam and Laszlo.

Great roomy apartment, comfortable firm mattress on bed , very clean and nicely decorated. The location is reasonably good and central you can reach most attractions within a 20/25 min walk and hotel happy to arrange taxis and purchase online tickets. The breakfast was pleasant and quite sufficient to set you up for the day.

Add a few mugs for the serious coffee and tea drinkers and coffee pods for the machine you have in the kitchen.

Location was even better than I had hoped. It really is bang in the center of Budapest so we were able to walk practically everywhere. The appartment was very well designed, spacious with everything you could need. It more than met our expectations and would recommend it.

Great location about 1 km to the water’s edge and many of the sights. Lovely and helpful staff and great breakfast. The apartments are really large which is nice when traveling in a group with all the amenities you might need.

There was 1 double-door closet for an apartment for 6 people. There is not enough space for clothes. Their bathrooms are too small and they get puddles.

The location was great. It was close to bus stops. It was within walking distance of everywhere.We stayed in the loft apartment. It was in a separate part from the rest of the hotel. There was no disturbing sound, it was calm. The employees were friendly.Kitchen utensils were available in the loft apartment. There were 3 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 sofa in total. It was ideal for groups and families.

Most things are good but if I could mention two small suggestions for improvements it would be to equip each room with a ironing board so we can use the iron and also to make sure the safe box in the room is reset after hotel visitor.

Central location I enjoyed the old building architecture converted into hotel rooms so there is an old and new feel. The team was friendly and helped me out. The highlight would be the resident cat there that loves cuddles.

There was no elevator, despite indicated in the listing. The hosts helped with the luggages though. The apartment did not correspond entirely to the photos (less new).

Spacious, comfortable apartment in the heart of the city, ideal for a bigger family. Good insulation of windows in an otherwise noisy area.

Sometimes you could hear noise from the apartments next to us. It was the walking on parquet type of noise, so not much you can do about it.

My phone died along the way to the apartment and I did not have the instructions. After reaching out to the number at the entrance, a very nice lady responded and guided me through the procedure with the necessary codes of entry. Needless to say, after a delayed flight and with the kids being tired, she was the saviour of the day.

The tray on the shower was too small and the water went onto the floor. The water was a bit temperament going from hot to cold and back.

air conditioning was hard to figure out. got the temp down but wouldn’t stay down all day, so when we came back into the apartment it was roasting. the fridge also didn’t work, let out a weird smell after a couple hours of arriving

I would have felt more comfortable if the gate outside our main doors would actually lock. The safe did not work.

The property was lovely, the host was super friendly and showed us around, being there to help when needed! The apartment was spacious and nice, all you could need was available. Additionally, the beds were exceptionally comfy and there was an adorable cat chilling on our terrace the whole time, which is always a bonus! I can only recommend!
