The curtains were not opaque enough to block sunlight in the morning, or to provide privacy. Installing light blocking curtains would make it a perfect apartment.

Exceptional location. The apartment was well maintained. Everything was as advertised. We got everything we needed from the kitchen to the towels.

The apartment was very modern and clean. The heating works perfect. The apartment is on excelent location. Bed is incredible good 🙂 Our host was very helpful, that means a lot to us.

We were three people, and it was one double bed and one sofa. The sofa was quite uncomfortable. And I had to make it by myself as a bed, which is not a problem.

For a 5-day stay there was neither cleaning service nor change of linen. Only two toilet paper rolls for 5 days, had to buy more but this did not bother us since there is a Lidl market nearby.

The room was warm and comfortable, a short walk to the supermarket, the chemist's and there were affordable restaurants nearby. It's also a pop to Vaci Utca (shopping street) and a short walk to the Christmas Market. Don't miss out on a coffee at the Parisi Udvar Hotel which is a 2 minute walk from the room.

There was a funny smell all over the place but I think it had to do something with the sewages in general In the city because we felt that same smell in other places. It went away after the 2nd day.

Great location , probably the best you could get in Budapest. Very clean modern and cosy apartment. Highly recommended.

The place a little small

The property is nice but we received the instructions of check-in a bit late and there was no sign of Holiday Concept at the entrance of the building. We told the host our approx. time of arrival and we did arrive within that 1/2 hour window but there was no host to receive us. We were pondering what to do and frustrated, as we never visit Budapest before. We called the number via Booking.com but no answer. Other than this at the 1st day, we enjoyed this lovely apartment. The surrounding inside the building is quite old though.

I would recommend to add a coffee machine (like nespresso). In my opinion, this will upgrade the room the EXCELLENT.

Excellent location, close to everything: 3 minutes from Vaci Street, 6-7 minutes walking from the Danube River, 9 minutes walking to the Synagogue (Dohanyi street). Very close to public transportation which is excellent in Budapest. A very quiet place. Very clean room. The host is very nice and service oriented.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but mostly a suggestion, there is a variety of TV channels but would suggest to add more international TV channels.
