The room is big, spotless and it has a nice privet bathroom and a balcony.

Lift is a bit weird, but that's nothing against the actual hotel, it's an old building ^-^ Rooms can get quite warm but open a window and you'll be fine ^-^ double check the room you book, we booked a twin room and ended up with one bed 😅

Location was amazing! Hotel staff were so nice, we had an issue trying to authorise my card but they sorted it super quick and were so helpful! Right in the center of everything and so easy to get to everywhere! The room was super clean and really big! The complimentary wine was so cute and a really sweet touch from the hotel! Will def book again when I go back to budapest!

The main entrance of the building could be renovated, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, in the city center. Easy access to go to the airport, the bus stop is just meters away. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The size of the room is comfortable for 2 people and it's very clean. There's water, tea and a bottle of wine for free. The staff is super friendly, most of them speak Spanish. I would go again.

The location was excellent as it was near the metro station and alot of shops around the hotel. The cleaning staff was excellent, needed to use an iron and she produce one for me within 5 minutes.

Generally the room (#6) was good but a few things in the bathroom need attention. Toilet seat unattached on one side and the shower doesn't seem to drain away very quickly. Also the lock on the door was very loose.

The bed was noisy and the door of the balcony was not really soundproof.

The location was superb. The room was hot even in the freezing cold. There was free wine, tea and water.

The hotel is on a very busy road and traffic could at times be noisy

Large clean, airy rooms with fridge, kettle, coffee, teas. Lovely touch was a welcome bottle of wine and waters when we arrived after a late flight. Staff were very helpful and offered us luggage storage on our last day.

With 2 luggages it wasn't easy to go up to a 3rd floor and the corridors and all that doors. Even with the elevator wasn't easy. Only to find a note that thereafter go downstairs, cross the road and go to a different building... another stairs, corridors and doors to open like in an escape room. Another big issue that the receptionist told me that I can only pay by cash! They didn't notify me beforehand about this. And they didn't give me any receipt once I paid. I wasn't happy about it and even forgot to ask for a receipt which should have been given to me without asking.

It was very clean and the place and the bed sheets and towels smelled good and fresh.

There was a window near the hallway. People passing by could see in the room. There was no direct sunlight. Bathroom smells bad. There was a strong mold smell in the bathroom. The beds are seeking. Making sounds at every move. Towels are not the most qualitative. They are not 100% cotton and they look really used and old.

The location was great. They offered a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. The personnel was really friendly and understanding.

The bed had a loose screw. We had to fix it twice. We didn't notify the reception because we managed to solve it on the spot. Another issue was the remote control that had only one battery. Apart from that, everything was great!

Certainly, it's one of the best places to stay in Budapest in terms of location. The airport bus stops right in front! We have access to all public transportation in that area. You can walk to various places! There are plenty of restaurants, shops, currency exchange offices, and supermarkets around. The room is super spacious and has a huge window!

Getting to the room itself was a bit complicated, bc it was located on the other side of the street (reception is in another building), there was no option to pay by card, only in cash

The bed in my room shaked a lot at the beginning, but then it was fixed by the personal. The central street is very VERY noisy, so that double glass windows in the room don't help.

We booked a jacuzzi in the room but wasn't working and in the toilet there is no ventilation.

I liked the kindness of the staff members and how hot was the room. The wine,coffees and tea was unexpected and thanks for this.

I booked a twin room, with a twin bed, my own fault for not paying attention to this detail and it wasn't so comfortable for me at times as I am a big man.

the location is fantastic, the shower was great, very clean and the cleaning service very available for any request. Had a great supply of coffee and tea and the complementary wine bottle was very kind.

MUST PAY ENTIRE BILL CASH ONLY ON ARRIVAL. Bed is very close to needing replacement, youre laying on the springs which squeek every time you move. Bath leaks so bathroom floor is always wet. Cleaners come every day even if you don't put out the sign, they even entered while we were I the bath. Bathroom light buzzes whenever it's on.

Good location close to public transport. Check in instructions are clear.
