The breakfast was great, lovely lady staff who prepared it however would have been nice if eggs were on offer. My son is not a huge fan of cold meats/cheese in the morning so he skipped the daily breakfast, he would’ve appreciated eggs or something similar like toasties etc Maybe a little more instructions about the use of tv, could not turn on. Also a couple more blankets and pillows extra would’ve been much appreciated.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the quietness of the b&b, the security it offered, kitchen facilities ie kettle to make myself tea in the arvo/eve, little fridge to chill a water bottle and fruit. We really appreciated the manager organising our airport transf shuttle at last minute.

- The picture on the website were made when the apartment was new, so expect some surfaces to be outworn. This is not really a minus, but we did not quite like that. - It was pretty cold in the room during the night, max 21C, and it wasn't possible to go beyond that. Now normally 21C is enough, but the apartment is at ground level so you need more during the winter. - The breakfast is ok, but lacks variety: for example omelette is very basic nowadays everywhere, more fruits (orange, grapes) would be nice since only apple was available. - Overall because of these it's more like a 7 for me not 8+.

The central location is definitely good because you save money on transport, the hosts are very kind and helpful.

The rooms need a renovation in order to upgrade the hospitality services provided.

The family rooms were quite convenient and spacious. The location was very convenient also since we walked to all interesting sites. Simple breakfast but adequate. Friendly owners. A plus was that the rooms were very warm (much needed given the cold outside).

Breakfast maybe not worth it, you get toast bread, some jams, medium quality ham and cheese and that's it (although it's still ok, just don't expect something like eggs with bacon etc...). There is an aran bakery seven minutes from the apartment, which is much better.

Location is big plus. We did not use public transport. You can walk everywhere.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is very centrally located, short walk to the Metro - Kalvin ter or Ferenciek ter. The place was quiet and comfortable, breakfast was fine, room was made up each day. Staff were accommodating, responsive and friendly. Check in was clear and easy. A lovely, good value spot in Budapest.

The problem was more the place when more people gathered for breakfast at one time.

Simple accommodation on the edge of the center of Pest. We had a double room with a private bathroom across the hall. It was perfect for one night. We were also lucky to find a parking space right in front of the house. Breakfast was simple, toasted bread, ham, cheeses, jam,...the problem was more the place when more people gathered for breakfast at one time. The price/performance ratio is sufficient.

The one thing that was strange was the lack of air conditioning. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t a dealbreaker but as a guy who gets easily hot if the weather was any hotter it would have been a nightmare for me.

The room was quite comfy and reasonably spacious. It had a big bathroom with a nice shower. Generally it was in a really good condition overall. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but then again, at that price you cannot complain.
