The apartment was robbed while we were at concert. The robbers stole everything we had. 6 suitcases, backpacks, clothes, jewelry, cosmetics, wallet, credit cards…we spent there all night investigating with the police. We kindly asked the operators of the apartment if we can get the money back for that night but they didnt accept our claim. Its strange, we were shocked and disappointed…if i had an apartment for rent for tourist and the apartment was robbed i would compensate them for sure…it would be a gesture…we were so sad because the robbers took our our favourite belongings…

The location is really great, in Gozsdu Court. Perfect for a group of friends. Most sights were easy to reach on foot, and the workers are really friendly.

Firstly, I am deeply concerned about the unethical practice of manipulating guests to provide falsely positive ratings on Booking platform in exchange for discounts. There was a note in the kitchen which stated that 30% discount will be recieved for 10 stars rating from the guests. The apartment had not been adequately cleaned. The toilet, kitchen and floors were dirty, the fridge door was broken, and the internet was not working due to a loose cable. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. The cutlery and plates were dirty and required washing before use. Moreover, there was hair behind the washing machine. The sinks were not properly mounted, posing a potential safety risk. Moreover, the very old and partly broken A/C units were inadequate for cooling the space. Furthermore, the noise disturbance from parties in the building and the loud music from the bars until 7 in the morning made it impossible to sleep. I would not even stay for free!

The apartment didn't look anything like the pictures. The one that we got was on a different location (then stated on the booking), it was smaller and didn't had bathroom ventilation. We double checked all the pictures that were posted on the property and none of them were the one that we got. When we filtered out the negative reviews on the Booking we saw that a lot of other people had the similar issue. According to Adam the owners have multiple properties in the same neighborhood so booking doesn't let them to attach 2 addresses. I can somehow understand this but I still think that separate Booking ads should be made then because it was not a really pleasant experience when we got a unfamiliar apartment at a different location. Also offering people 30% off if they give a 10 rating might be an indication that the owners know what they are doing, and that they are hoping that people will ignore a wrong apartment just to get a 30% off next time.

The hosts Adam and Tina were really nice, they responded quickly to our messages and were available for all of our questions so shout out to them! And Tina also gave us good parking ideas. The location was also amazing and was great value for the money. The apartment and the building were clean and had easy access. The location is also great if you like parties and nightlife, but it might be a little bit noisy at night if you are coming with kids or if you like quite evenings.

Great location, in the middle of a street full of bars, clubs and restaurants. Just 300m from the Danube and all most populated main streets. The host also helped providing a parking spot in a garage 2 min away.

We stayed in an apartment on the first floor, the noise from the street was unbearable! The whole night there was noise from partygoers until the early hours of the morning - we were with 2 children and it was very disturbing! The heating this season has already been turned off and the air conditioner did not work. 8 degrees outside and it was cold inside the house! Unfortunately, no solution was found by the owner of the apartment. There was a coffee machine - it would have been nice if they had left some 2 capsules for arrival, we also could not use the washing machine unless we brought capsules with us (small things that can upgrade the stay if you already take an apartment and not a hotel ).New scotch for dishes ,in my opinion is basic in the apartment-there was some old and disgusting scotch. we did not find the mentioned pool either.

I must mention that the location was excellent. There are many restaurants, pubs, public transportation nearby. We asked to check in earlier and the host allowed it. That was very nice of him. The apartment is big. All the necessary equipment was in the apartment
