Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Was expecting more hot food. Also a shame the spa doesn't open until 0900. A swim before breakfast would have been great.

A good hotel with attached swimming pool and spa. Also has a restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and ours had a balcony overlooking the lake.

Our stay was not in the main season, so very quiet property. Clean room, view of the lake, great location for walks around the neighborhood. The food was outstanding, both breakfast and dinner. Many local vinyards to enjoy.

Pillow too big and too hard, we could use only the small pillow. The bed mattress was too hard. The coffee at breakfast could be better. However, including all of these circumstances, we loved this place.

Great location, free parking, enough parking places, bigger room than expected. Perfectly clean room with balcoon. Breakfast with good variety of foods. We are returning guests.

Perfect location, close to the shores of Lake Balaton and the iconic Laposa Hableány restaurant. Nicely furnished, clean and comfortable rooms, with terrace.

Only minor things come to my mind in terms of negatives or downsides. No kettle, no safe, no fan in the room. We understood from the reservation that these are not available in the room, but still, these would be such a big quality of life upgrades it's hard to cover with words. Some of the other guests were annoyingly loud at night, but then again, it's hard to blame the soundproofing for that. My wife somehow managed to lock herself inside the bathroom, the sliding doors just have a very odd locking mechanism (we mitigated the issue, but I also almost managed to get myself locked in). I don't know, maybe it's only us who are a bit clumsy. Also, during the breakfast session some of the plates were seemingly unclean for some reason. This had been a consistent problem during our 4-night stay. Not sure if it's a temporary issue with a dishwasher or it's something more serious.

Overall a pleasant experience. The breakfast, which is of smörgåsbord style, contains a humble selection of the usuals - omelette, fresh fruits, cereal, coldcuts, various kinds of cheese, veggies nothing extraordinary (but we wouldn't expect anything extraordinary anyway). The stars of the breakfast are clearly the baked goods. My wife is an avid croissant fan and she outright said this has been the best croissant she has ever had. There is also a restaurant on the premises, we had a dinner there once, it was fairly decent. Balconies are HUGE, but of course this applies only to those suites which come with it. Always a plus with us. Location is amazing, literally a five minute walk from Badacsony railway station, from one of the better beaches, and what you could call the main square or the hustle and bustle part of the village during the summer months. Grocery store not very far (keep in mind this is a very small village, so this I think is important to note). The area itself is not particularly loud if you would worry about that, it cannot get better than this in this aspect I think. Huge swimming pool and hot tub/jacuzzi on the premises, as depicted on the picture. There are also other wellness services (appointment only) but we didn't try those so I'm unable to comment. Staff has been courteous and professional with us, starting from maintenance through reception to the waitresses. There has been a lot of media attention about the deteriorating state of hotels and accommodation services around Lake Balaton in the past few years, especially since COVID-19 came into the picture, but I can honestly recommend this hotel for everyone who would like to spend a couple of days in the Western area of Balaton. I think all was very good. Only thing just to inform guests. There is a small fridge available in every room. It just not filled with drinks. You can buy them from restaurant of hotel

It was clean, comfortable, air-conditioner in there. Also breakfast was super good. Stuffs were friendly, speaks good English. They got maps for go around. Location was perfect, close to beach, restaurant and vinayards

When we checked in we asked for a dinner reservation at the restaurant. We asked for 7:00 and the woman called and made the reservation. A minute later she got as call and asked us if we would mind going at 7:30. hen we showed up for the reservation we were told that the kitchen was closed. We explained what happened and the gentleman refused to seat us. We ended up at a restaurant near the hotel which was wonderful. The next morning we went to breakfast and the food was awful so I guess we lucked out.

Staff not very helpful beyond the basics. Having to beg for toiletries daily is particularly annoying. Gave me a rental bike with flat tires and an unadjustable seat. When I asked for assistance they just sent me to the village to try to have it fixed myself.
