We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandA bit oldschool- some people might not like it- its a matter of taste. For me it was perfect for this price point.
First of all the whole place has its own unique vibe. I love it. Its relaxed and chilled. The 2 rooms we got were very creative in its way of design. The London room for example had its London sherlock vibes with stylized furniture or an old type writer- wasnt expecting that! The parking is easy and the breakfast was just insanely good. Im just fascinated for the value for money.

Czech RepublicThe only problem was with air conditioning. It worked but was not maintained well so the air smelled a bit. On the other hand we didn't have to use it much because it was not that hot during night and we just opened balcony doors.
We enjoyed the service provided by a nice and helpful receptionist. The food was great as well. We felt the kitchen prepared all very well. And also the breakfast options were superb. We liked the rooms and we also the garden / playground which was more than good for families.

HungaryThe restaurant closed at 21:00 and you had to go around to your room from the garden. The front side rooms are little noisy due to the street in front of the hotel. There is no bin in the room only in the bath room.
Breakfast and all meals are plentiful and tasty. Several community area (rooftop, garden, indoor). Swimming pool is both shallow and deep enough. Rooms are well furnished and well designed. Im totally satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this accomodation to my friends.

We returned after 2 years to Hangya Panzió. It is very comfortable and nice accomodation for a great price:quality ratio. Breakfast was great, rooms are clean. The additional tiny sauna is excellent after a nice hiking trip around Kőszeg. We can only recommend this accomodation and will return definitely again.

ItalyI've been at Hangya more than one time, and so i saw more rooms: bathrooms needs to be renovated. Linen (i've got, at least) needs to be replaced. Sweet part of breakfast too basic taking in account the actual prices of the rooms.
Staff gentle and helpfull, very good dishes at restaurant and a la carte breakfast well assorted and good. Rooms at back of the building very quiet. Nice and quiet garden at back of the building.

HungaryThe room was next to a street with a lot of traffic and even with the window closed you could hear them as if driving next to your bed, so much better glazing needed. They charge extra for mobile air conditioning in the room, that probably will make noise also. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and made noises at every movement. We paid very little money because of booking.com rebate, but for the regular amount the room would not be worth the money. Bathroom was pretty old-fashioned, you can hardly move in the shower as it is very small.
The garden ( with little pool, terrace and ping pong table) and the roof terrace were great, the interior of the restaurant and the rest nicely decorated. Staff was nice and professional. At the breakfast you could choose between several possibilities, next to that cereal, milk and bread were already on the table. There is also dinner possibility. Parking for free in the garden. There is also a kind of livingroom with tv and even dvd if you don’t want to stay in the room. Also games to be borrowed.

United KingdomThe food was slop, diabolical and rally bad quality. I had a steak which was drowned in sauce, served with croquettes that weee frozen and turned to mush and garnished with sliced orange. It was slush and awful.
