I liked the wood floors since I have dogs that’s ideal. I love the area in the back with a huge grass area for dogs and for guests to sit and lounge . I loved that we had access also to the hotels on each side .

Well, originally the shuttle from hotel to Deval st, on website said it's free, so, lady who check us in said: no worries, I will not charge you. But ,when we checked out ,we were still charged . Not happy about that. We would pay anyway if we had too.

Clean, comfortable bad, liked products in the shower. Great bartender Irina at tiki bar by the pool.

Quite expensive for the overall quality, but it is Key West ( very expensive ).

The cleanliness of the room was not the best, and photos were quite misleading. The outdoor access to the rooms was a little off putting and we were also given a pet room so again, we were put off. The room was well worn and used, marks, scratches, signs of wear. There was an extension lead connecting many wires behind the bedside cabinet which was quite concerning. It was an older property masked to be quite modern in the pictures. We didn’t use pool so can’t comment there but found the outdoor bar to be under staffed, we ordered one drink and paid, to which when we went to leave via the gate we were called / shouted at by the staff member regarding payment. The staff member apologised but it was a little embarrassing, definitely shouldn’t have been running that place alone. However, staffing is an issue for everyone these days and mistakes happen. I feel this is a 3 star, not a 4 star and does not look at all appealing from the outside. We didn’t use the bus service into town but can imagine that is very useful, it is a good way from town so not ideally walkable. Overall, I feel this hotel was quite overpriced and overrated, and not as clean as we would have hoped.

We did leave the do not disturb sign up the first 2 days. Day 3 we took it down so our room could be serviced. We still received the text saying our room wasn’t serviced because the sign was up. It was not. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.

When we arrived the property was clean. There is a pool with a bar.

Area for commun use ( elevator, bar area at pool, stairs etc) were not clean. Papers, hairs, cigarettes and spilled drinks on the floor Paid shuttle service tot city center / old town 5$ each Check out at 7 in the morning was compiclated, had to go neighbour hotel

My husband noticed the fire alarm or some kind of alarm on the wall right next to the bed that flashed every 5 seconds or so. That bothered him a bit. One experience I had was that I didn't know how to manage the AC (I thought there was a remote) and no one came to show us how to work it (I called and asked for assistance). I ended up figuring it out and found the controller on the wall. The other thing was that we were loading the car the next morning as we were getting ready to check out, and staff did not give us a chance to finish at our own pace, and stood there asking if we were done though it was not checkout time yet. We just had to hurry and leave. I thought that was very rude.

The room was very spacious and nice. It was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, and I was not feeling well, so I cannot speak to the entire property or surroundings. I stayed in the room.

- Is a non-smoking facility but I saw several people smoking right outside various rooms. I complained to the hotel guest services via text and in-person, and they said they'd address it right away, but two of the smokers who were near the pool sat outside their rooms for two hours and no one from the hotel ever approached them (I could see the two people from my spot at the pool). Also, smoking was allowed at the poolside bar, and smoke wafted over to those at the pool. I'd say this was a great place to stay if you are a smoker. Not sure how they claim to be a non-smoking facility. - The elevator sounds like it's falling apart - makes a very loud grinding and clunking noise as it goes up. - Our room door sometimes shut by itself and sometimes did not - it seemed out-of-square, maybe needs to be rehung or tightened up.

Nice pool area with associated outdoor bar. Comfortable bed. Close to highway A1A. Safe area.

Housekeeping didn't come to makeup our room until 5pm when we were changing for dinner. Upper level difficult to access with luggage. Shower was in need of a good cleaning. No box spring, mattress on a pallet type base made it very low, not easy for seniors to get up from.

Location was convenient to area attractions & restaurants.

When I needed a toilet plunger late at night, no housekeeping staff meant it took me 2.5 hours to get one…literally 2.5 hours and several calls to the front desk. Was not told it would be a wait either 😬

Pool was ice cold. our toilet didnt flush and we only stayed 1 night and no one came to fix it during that time, we had to leave our room to use the communal toilet. Breakfast was poor (avo toast was a piece of bread with guac from a tub). It was quite far from key west town and you have to pay for the shuttle that only ran once an hour. Roosters on the property were crowing from 4am so bring ear plugs.
