We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaUnfortunately, from month to month prices are getting more and more expensive, e.g. at the very beginning of March overnight stay was about 80 euros, by the end of May we paid 117 euros. We understood seasonal changes, but the very beginning of summer season and almost 50% of rise, with same offering, it is a little bit expensive.
For a years, every couple of months, Het Vezer is our choice. Professional staff, standard quality of staying and breakfast, clean and close to spa as well as city centre.

The breakfast is great with broad selection. The location is ideal, the backroom opens to the pools directly. Parking is in the yard and closed. The blanket is thin, which is perfect in summer. Overall, it is a good inexpensive hotel and it was perfect for our purpose for a short stay.

IsraelAC worked terrible in a very hot day. in the year 2022 there is no reason not have a modern AC in a hotel. in the reception they told me that this is how it goes in Hungary but this is not true due to the fact that I have been in another place in Komárom that had AC that worked just fine. The hotel is totally not updated. The sheets on the bed is so old and used that they made me itchy and feeling uncomfortable in my own bed.
