The bed a little bit soft.

The hotel is brand new and the interior is amazing. While dinning there is a pianist who plays for us. Everything is good but the outdoor pool is too cold at night.

The spa area is too small for a hotel of this size, leading to a crowded experience, especially in saunas. Unfortunately, people go inside saunas in bathing suits, which makes floors and furniture wet and non-hygienic. The hotel bar has some cocktails on offer, but all of them were either too sweet or too salty (!), so we didn't enjoy them much.

The hotel was recently renovated, and the room was spotless and had excellent sound isolation so that you could rest at night. The staff working there was professional and very polite. The pools and spa area were accessible and well-maintained during our stay. Breakfast and dinner were okay, nothing special, but still good.

No separate resting room for wellness.Wellness resting aria way too small for amount of guests could be in the hotel.At our stay was 7 chairs and 14 sunbeds there.No exit outside to cold weather( was around 0-1 C) when you out from sauna.

The best standard room with balcony we ever have, cleanliness, the wellness center was clean and well equipped.Buffet breakfast and dinner good but under average for 4star hotel.

Just a few details. The wellness area is not big, so it gets crowded during peak time (the indoor pool is for six people, Finnish sauna for six people, Russian and infra saunas for two people). Also, people wear swimsuits in a sauna and some of them forget to take a sheet with them. // The restaurant got crowded on a Saturday night (which is quite understandable) but the staff tried to cope with it well. // The piano player stops at ca. half past seven, it would be nice if he could play longer. :)

The hotel was nice, equipment was new. Staff was friendly. Rooms were cozy and big enough. There was enough food for breakfast and for dinner (a buffet type); the offer varied a bit every day; the quality was very good. There was a piano player in the evenings. The hotel is equipped with a wellness area with unlimited access - a warm outdoor pool, a small indoor pool, several types of sauna, a salt room. You can reach the Heviz lake by foot within a few minutes.

The thermal part was sadly still under construction, so we could only enjoy the spa area, which was cramped in peak hours, during dinner time it was enjoyable. There was a pancake making machine which was only available during dinner and it was turned off for breakfast, this was a bit strange. Compared to the breakfast, for dinner there was a more extensive variety of cheese and cold cuts.

The hotel is freshly renovated, the room was modern and spacious, the bathroom is a bit small though. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were extensive, there was live piano music for dinner, which we really enjoyed.

Room we had seemed to be small and maybe too much furniture. The termal pool was not yet ready and therefore the welness area was very crowded. Not enough beds etc. Sauna and internal pool was for 6-8 person for a hotel having 280 rooms. Friday and Saturday afternoon was crazy.

Renewed rooms where you smell the odor of the new furniture. Big waiting hall and large restaurant.

I was expecting wellness to be a little bit bigger. But receptionist tell me they are already working on that and that they will have a very nice big wellness with thermal water by the end of this year.

Very nice hotel, newly renovate with modern style. It is a perfect hotel for a weekend gate away with your partner. Nice and clean and perfect location to discover interesting places around Balaton.

This was by far the worst and the most uncomfortable bed i ever slept in. I adressed the reception but they said there is nothing they can do. Wifi quality is terrible.

The spa is great but rather small, we were in luck because we stayed there during the workweek so there wasn't a lot of people. The rooms are new.

We rent a family room what is two room together and there was not door between.. pretty disturbing. Tv controller are changed both tv. Spa is not even a spa is just one tiny pool. There is place for improvment.
