We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryFood facilities are underwhelming and feels a bit cheap. Quality of the food is "ok" at best.
Kids facilities are exceptional. Very well maintained, staff is very good!

United StatesAt dinner time, there was no drinking water available , unless you paid for it. This is unacceptable!!!!! Also, the character, BoBo should be seen more often since it makes children excited .

IsraelWell, the fact that we had only five days in this family paradise....
2 hours by car from BUD airport. Nearby the beautiful lake of Balaton. The BEST ever family hotel I even been to. Everything is carefully thought for the parents to really enjoy staying and engaging with kids of ALL ages. The staff is very proactive, helpful, cares about kids. Breakfast and supper are highly recommended. The food is both very healthy and tasty , high quality and menu is slightly changing every day. Best regards to the chef ! Kids menu and places for attraction - even in the canteen area ! Playgrounds and attractions all over the vast hotel area. Crafts sessions. Evening music auditions. Tennis court. Table games room. Climbing park is also worth mentioning - superb. The swimming zone: for toddlers , outside, inside , for juniors, rooms for clothing, lockers, silent spa, numerous saunas,... you name it. The rooms.... my daughter was very happy with a separate great kid room. The bathing room is spacious, easy to wash the kinds of all ages. Perhaps , I forgot something, but , this is the place worth many many more "thank you"

RomaniaThis hotel is made for kids to have fun and for parents to relax. There are plenty of activities the young ones will enjoy and, as a result, their parents also enjoy staying there. It’s a really big domain, so you never feel that it’s too crowded (even if the hotel was fully booked). We enjoyed the outdoor playgrounds and the pool. There is a good variety of tasty food. The rooms are equipped with all you need for a baby (changing table, toilet seat, there was even a stroller waiting in our room). There is a shop right next to the reception, where you find anything in case you forgot something home. As the one carrying all the bags, I liked that the parking area is distributed around the hotel rooms, so I could park close to our room. Overall, it’s a very convenient a well thought-out hotel for families with kids.

Convenient with pram. Even in bad weather you have a possibility to walk in closed tunnels between buildings (playroom-canteen-wellness). Tasty and nice variety of food on breakfast and dinner. Two nights is a minimum to catch\try everything, better 3.
